采用CFX软件,对偏心圆环通道内超临界水传热特性进行了数值模拟。选取与实验数据吻合较好的SST模型,分别研究流道偏心和壁厚偏心圆环通道内超临界水传热特性的影响。计算结果表明:流道偏心和壁厚偏心均会引起圆环通道内温度和速度周向分布不均匀,且偏心程度越严重,周向不均匀性越强烈;超临界水独特的物性变化也会影响偏心圆环通道内周向不均匀性,从而影响传热特性。
A numerical simulation was carried out to study the heat transfer characteris-tics of supercritical water in eccentric annular channel using CFX software .SST model which agrees better with the experimental data under supercritical condition was used to study the effect of eccentricity and asymmetry in annular channel . The simulation results show that both the eccentricity of annular channel and the asymmetry of inner tube in annular channel can lead to the asymmetrical distribution of circumferential temperature and velocity .T he asymmetrical distribution of circumferential temperature and velocity can also be affected by particular variations of water properties under super-critical condition ,w hich may affect the heat transfer characteristics .

This paper studies power-law non-Newtonian fluid where the shearing stress accords with the Ostwald-de Waele relational formula.It aims to solve the problem of the apparent viscosity changing with the shearing rates and the calculation which is different from Newtonian fluid.Cell-based central method is used for the non-linear viscosity coefficient discretization.It adopts FVM for flow and heat transfer numerical simulation of fully developed laminar in eccentric annular channel.The calculation results show that the power-law factor has a great impact on the fluid flow,but the impact on the heat transfer is influenced by the eccentricity .The eccentric-ity of annular channel can lead to the asymmetrical distribution of circumferential temperature and velocity.

For the purpose of researching microstructure and residual stress changing process in quenching of metal material, taking a new developed steel SDC99 as the research object, FEM method is used to simulate the quenching process of eccentric circular model considering the influence of latent heat. Furthermore, the evolution of temperature field, stress field and phase field of the model during the quenching process are explored and evaluated in detail. Experimental results show that both the temperature field and the residual stress distribution obtained from numerical simulation fit well with the experimental value. The maximum residual stresses of the eccentric circular are at the locations with angles of 45° and 315°. The hardness distribution is consistent with the distribution of martensite, while the hardness value obtained from simulation is slightly less than the measured one.
