本文从湖南历史文化名村祁阳龙溪古村的价值特色分析及其社会、经济变化情况入手,以实地调查数据和保护规划实践为基础,建立了古村发展的人口预测模型,计算了龙溪村远期规划年限内的人口数量,并根据该结果制定了相应的人口调控规划,为古村保护工程的科学实施提供了依据.

From the analysis of cultural characteristic of Hunan historic village LongXi ,and its changes of social and economic, based on the of field survey data and protection planning practice, a population prediction model of ancient vil age are established, and calculated its population quantity of long-term planning period. According to the calculated results ,it formulated relevant population regulation in planning for the ancient and provided the help for implementation of vil age protection project scientificly.

作为传统乡村聚落和居住空间的历史遗存,古村落是一种具有特殊景观形态和文化内涵的乡村人文景观.以世界文化遗产宏村为研究对象,基于宏村当地居民和游客的视角对宏村的商业化现象进行探讨.面对当前古村落旅游商业化研究的薄弱现实,在已有文献的基础上,根据实地调研分析得出了古村落宏村旅游商业化的特征.旨在通过对以上问题的研究,加深对古村落旅游商业化的理解和认识,同时也为古村落适度旅游商业化发展提供现实的借鉴经验.

As a historical heritage of the traditional rural settlements and residential space ,he ancient village is a kind of rural human landscapes with special morphology and cultural connotation. This paper ,based on the perspectives of local residents and visitors,probes into the commercialization of the world heritage site “Hongcun village”. In the light of the current insufficient commerciaizationl researches on ancient-village tourism ,it conducts field investigations and analysis of features of tourism commercialization of the ancient Hongcun village. The paper aims at strengthening the understanding of tourism commercialization of ancient villages and providing realistic experiences about developing appropriately commercialization in ancient areas.

"萝村"位于广西壮族自治区北流市民乐镇,是一处自然景观优美、人文荟萃、历史遗迹丰富的古村落,2011年11月萝村被确定为广西第一批历史文化名村之一。萝村历代名人辈出,如近代著名国学家诗人陈柱,当代教育家、理论家、广州师范学院院长陈一百,历史学家、华南师范大学教授陈千钧等。萝村还保存了大量地方传统建筑及古民居群落等,现存有无锡国专萝村校址、云山寺、陈柱故居等景点30多处,具有极高的历史文化价值。萝村具有丰富的历史文化资源,但其旅游资源还远没有被完整地开发出来,需要从历史文化保护的角度对古村进行合理的规划和开发。

Spirit of place is the reflection of places and their spirit .In order to meet the nowaday needs of life for the people , ancient settlements must be protected and transformed .Taking Jiangcun Village as a research object , the method of place spirit was used respectively from the spatial pattern , landscape restoration and landscape joint structure, etc to make the spirit of the traditional culture of ancient inhabitation being inherited , it was expected to provide a reference for the harmonious development of ancient inhabitation in southern Anhui .

广州及其周边现存有大量的古村镇，其建筑大多是明清至民国时期建造，也有少数是宋代遗存，但是就其旅游发展来看却不容乐观。以具有780多年历史的坑贝古村为例，分析古村镇旅游发展限制性因素。坑贝村具有非常丰富的文化遗产价值和旅游价值，但由于村落整体风貌的自然衰败与建筑功能的衰退、文化遗产的流失、自主保护意识不够以及缺乏规划和宣传力度等原因导致坑贝村的旅游发展滞后。针对这些因素，分析出了相关的解决办法，为其旅游发展提供了相关理论支撑，从而更好地促进了古村落旅游的发展。

A mass of ancient villages have been discovered in or near Guangzhou. Most of the buildings of these villages built from Ming or Qing Dynasty to the period of the Republic of China,and few buildings built in Song Dynasty. But the tourism development of them seems to be not very optimistic. Kengbei Village,which is an ancient village with 780 years of history,is analyzed as an example in this paper. It has a very rich cultural heritage and tourist values,but because of the recession of the village as a whole style of natural decay and architectural features, cultural heritage loss,weak self-protection awareness,and the lack of planning and propaganda,Kengbei Village tourism developed very slow. In view of these factors,the authors analyze the solution,provide theoretical support for its tourism development in order to better promote the development of ancient village tourism.
