安庆自古以来被称为"千年古城、百年省会",具有丰富历史和文化内涵。然而,随着安庆城市化建设不断的加速,许多的历史文化古迹没有得到很好的保护,甚至遭到严重的破坏。基于卢云亭"三三六"评价模型分析了当前安庆历史文化古迹的现状,深入介绍了其存在的不足,在此基础上提出了以保护为前提的保护性开发的具体对策,希望为安庆的现代化建设与历史文化古迹保护提供一些参考。
Anqing is known for its historical and cultural resources.However,due to urban construction, many of its historical resources are destroyed.This paper uses the 3-3-6 assessment model to analyze its historical resources,finds out the disadvantages in the protection,proposes some protective countermeas-ures and suggests some reference for the city''s modernization and protection of historical resources.

随着历史古迹的价值逐渐被人们认知，以及众多以此为契机发展起来的历史文化名城越来越多，全国兴起了以发掘地方文化遗产价值来带动旅游业及相关产业发展的热潮。然而与此同时，也无意中带来了对历史古迹的人为破坏以及不科学的急功近利的开发，从而导致了种种问题。本文通过分析历史名城发展中成功以及欠佳的案例，论述历史古迹在发展过程中遇到的不同类型的问题，尝试发掘后文化遗产开发时代的发展方向。
With the value of historical relics been cognized by people gradually, as well as more and more national historical and cultural cities have been developed taking this opportunity, the development of fever rising in value to explore local heritage to promote tourism and related industries. But at the same time, it unwittingly brought the destruction of historical monuments and unscientific eager for quick success and instant benefits, which leads to various problems. In this paper, through the analysis of different problems encountered in the process of the historical and cultural city development and the experience in the successful and failing cases, try to find the developing direction of the post-historical heritage era.

In the last three decades, with the devotion of generations of scholars, the researches of Angkor have been conducted and findings have been achieved gradually and steadily, particularly on the history, architecture and sculptures in the Angkor Dynasty. However, compared with overseas researches on Angkor, researches in China are rather few, espe-cially the case studies on the sculpture arts of Angkor. Meanwhile, treatises on this topic are still in the blank.

为了更有效地保护野外文物古迹,设计了一种基于无线传感网络的野外古迹监控系统。系统以ZigBee网络为核心,传感节点单元(SNU)采用地震检波器HK20DX-10S监测古迹区域振动数据;中继节点单元(RNU)采用CC2530芯片负责数据收发并通过GPRS传输给远程监控中心;监控中心对数据分析处理,实现对监测区域内挖掘、爆破活动的实时监控和报警。测试结果表明,该系统具有成本低、响应快、可靠性高的特点,适用于野外遗址、博物馆等场所。
In order to protect the field monuments effectively, a kind of field monuments monitoring system is desigened based on WSN. The system was constructed on ZigBee networks,the sensor node unit(SNU)uses the seismic seophones of HK20DX-10S,they were deployed in the objective area for real-time seismic data acquisition;relay node unit(RNU)use the MCU of CC2530,which collects and dispatch data to the remote monitoring center via GPRS. Robbing monitoring and automatic alarm Underground digging and exploring can be realized by data processing of the management software. The result shows that the system is lower cost,stable and fast response,and it is fit to be used in field monument,museum and other places.

Phoenix Terrace is a famous historical scenic spot in Nanjing , whose original location is in Jiankang , capital city of Southern Dynasty .Thanks to Tang Dynasty poet LI Bai ’ s famous poem Climbing up Phoenix Terrace in Jinling, which has an ex-cellent rhyming and wording pattern , the Terrace wins a widespread fame that passes down from generation to generation .As phoenix is regarded as auspicious in traditional Chinese culture , there are actually several phoenix terraces .Odes to phoenix ter-races by scholars continue to appear even after Tang Dynasty .As a six dynasty relic , Phoenix Terrace in Nanjing is particularly famous and influential .Cultural and historical workers in Jiangsu Province ,especially those in Nanjing , are obliged to strengthen their study on phoenix terraces .Fortunately, there are already some achievements in archeological exploitation for the relics of Phoenix Terrace in Nanjing .

The preservation of Angkor is an important case in Japan’s functional cooperation in East Asia. From the theoretical perspective of regional public goods, this case is a vivid example of the “weighted sum” in terms of aggregation technology, which shows three characteristics in practice: to strengthen Cambodia’s self-capability through knowledge transfer and technical exchanges; to regionally externalize Japan’s domestic “comparative advantage” in technology, know-how, institutions and apparatus, and to pursue a“synergistic effect”among multiple actors. Therefore, the conservation of Angkor becomes a successful model of combining Japan’s postwar cultural diplomacy with its regional cooperation strategy, which has been playing a positive role for Japan to improve its international image, enhance regional influence, and promote its bilateral relations with Cambodia.
