目的:观察山葛丹茶(自拟)并硝苯地平缓释片的降压疗效。方法:原发性高血压52例患者,采取随机分组,观察组27例,对照组25例。停用原降压药1周,观察组服用山葛丹茶及硝苯地平缓释片;对照组服用硝苯地平缓释片和盐酸贝那普利片。观察疗程2个月。结果:观察组的总有效率96.3%,稍高于对照组92.0%,但差异无显著意义。结论:山葛丹茶并硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压疗效确切安全,无不良反应。
Objective:To observe the antihypertensive efficacy of Mountain Gedan tea (self) plus releasing nifedipine. Methods:52 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 27 patients, and the control group of 25 patients. Disable the original antihypertensive medicines one week, the observation group taking Mountain Gedan tea and releasing nifedipine; the control group received releasing nifedipine and benazepril hydrochloride tablets. The observation course of 2 months. Results:The total efficiency of 96.3%, slightly higher than 92.0%of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Mountain Gedan tea and releasing nifedipine was effective on treating hypertension, was safe, and had no adverse reactions.

There are not a few words of disease in the unearthed chujian (bamboo slips of Chu State) of the Warring States Period.The morphology,pronunciation and meaning among these characters are completed.By collecting the diseases in the equivocally deciphered words,this article comprehensively discusses the words among them.It is claimed that in Geling jian(Geling slips),“(骼)”is pronounced as xie,and“(骼)disease” refers to the pain below the oxter and above the waist;“(瞥)”,pronounced as jian,and“(瞥)伓disease” refers to the pain of the shoulder and back;“(疥)”reads as jie and refers to scabies; “瘤”pronounced asfu,and“(膚)disease” refers to distending pain of the skin.In Wangshanjian (Wangsban slips),“(瘢)”is equal to“(懋)”,and is the same as“(凝)”in baoshan jian (baoshan bamboo slips),pronounced as du,refers to exacerbation of disease.

OBJECTIVE To establish the optimum preparation process of shange lipid-lowering dropping pills , and carry on the general flavone content determination.METHODS Appearance of roundness ,average coefficient of pill weights difference ,hardness ,melting time were used as comprehendsive evaluation indicator to select dropping conditions by influential factors test and orthogonal design , and using ultraviolet spectrophotometry to measure fla-vonoids content of shange lipid-lowering dropping pills.RESULTS The optimized preparation process was as fol-lowthe drug content was 35%,the mixture of polyethylene glycol 6000 and polyethylene glycol 4000 was 2∶1,the drug temperature was 80℃,dropping speed was 20 drops · min -1 , dimethyl silicone oil condensing agent was used with condensation temperature of 7℃and dropping distance of 5 cm;The content of general flavone of shange lipid-lowering dropping pills was 48.72 mg · g -1.CONCLUSION The optimization of the preparation method is

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of puerarin and lipoic acid in treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 80 type Ⅱ diabetes patients accompanied with peripheral neuropathy were selected.According to different therapy,they were divided into single drug treatment control group (lipoic acid) and combined treatment group (puerarin + lipoie acid).Total effective rate,MNCV,SNCV,FBG,HbAlc and sorbitol were evaluated after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the recovery rates of MNCV and SNCV were faster in the treatment group(P <0.05).And the levels of FBG,HbAlc and sorbitol were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).Concluslon The clinical effect of puerarin and lipoic acid in treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significant.

Due to the multiphase tectonic extrusion tensile and the obvious rock deformation traces,thus exposure stratums are primarily the devonian bridge rock group and tuen mun village groups.On the basis of predecessors’ work,through in-depth analysis of the geological and geophysical-geochemical anomaly characteristics of Yangshan deposit, combined with the latest development of geological exploration in recent years,five key prospecting target areas in the Yangshan ore belt were identified,which located in Gaoloushan,Guanyinba,Wujiashan region,and deep of number 360 and 311 series.Therefore,these framed can provide the exploration direction for subsequent attack deep prospecting target areas for the blind and delineation baseline.

The Yangshan gold ore locates in the west Qinling Mianlue slightly tectonic belt.Research area in the east wing of arc structure in Wenxian,was primarily controlled by Anchanghe-Guanyinba and duplex anticline.In addition,the ore body occurs in the fault zone as well as double anticline wing secondary shear strike-slip fault.On the basis of summarizing predecessors’research,combined with the detailed field geological observation,we found that the Yangshan gold deposit ore-controlling structure and its evolution were increasingly complex. Objective To investigate the chemical consistuents of Pouzolzia zeylanica(L.) Benn. var. microphylla ( Wedd.) W.T.Wang. Methods Several chromatographic methods were applied to isolate and purify compounds. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic datas. Results Night compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside ( 1 ) , kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2),(6R,9R)-1-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),grasshopper ketone(4),benzyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),3,4,5-trimethylphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6), 1,2-benzenedicarbonic acid(7),kaempferol(8),apigenin(9). Conclusion Compounds 1,3-6,8-9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
