运用气压传动原理,结合实际挖掘机结构,采用慧鱼模型搭建了挖掘机模型,通过电动机转动结合气压泵产生气压。该挖掘机的动力装置主要由电动机、电源开关和电池等组成。接通电源开起开关后,电动机开始带动带轮转动,再带动气压泵不停地往复伸缩,产生气压,并储存在储气罐内,供储存分配;通过控制阀控制气压流动,使气缸往复伸缩,驱使该挖掘机动臂起落、斗杆伸缩和铲斗转动与开合。分析了其各部分主要装置的结构及运动,绘制出了其气压传动路线图,并分析了控制阀对该挖掘机动臂、斗杆和铲斗具体运动的控制。
The pneumatic transmission excavator model was built with fischertechnik model by using the principle of the pneumatic transmission based on the actual structure of excavator.With motor rotating,the pneumatic pump produced air pressure for storage allocation.The power unit of this pneumatic excavator is composed of motor,switch and battery.When the power is switched on,the motor rotates,so the pulley rotates as well,the pulley let the pneumatic pump reciprocate to generate air pressure,which stores in the collector.The control valve is used to control the air flow,which can make the cylinder stretch out and draw back.So the air pressure drives the arm up and down and the pole to stretch out and draw back and the bucket to twirl.The paper analyzed the structure and movement of the main devices and draws out the roadmap of air-pressure transmission,it also analyzed how the control valve controls the certain motion of the arm,pole and bucket.
