研究了丁烯氟虫腈啶虫脒、杀单、烯啶虫胺4种单剂以及丁烯氟虫腈·啶虫脒、丁烯氟虫腈·烯啶虫胺、杀单·啶虫脒3种复配剂对褐飞虱的室内生物活性和田间药效。室内生物活性测定结果表明,供试的4种单剂和3种复配剂对褐飞虱的毒力存在较大差异。单剂中以烯啶虫胺的毒力最高,啶虫脒和丁烯氟虫腈次之,杀单最低;丁烯氟虫腈·啶虫脒、丁烯氟虫腈·烯啶虫胺复配剂比例均为1∶4时,对褐飞虱毒力增效明显;杀单·啶虫脒复配剂比例为1∶5和1∶10时增效显著。田间药效结果表明,3种复配剂对褐飞虱的田间防效均高于70%,高用量时可以达到90%以上。3种复配剂以40%丁烯氟虫腈·烯啶虫胺EC用量最少,防效最高,40%丁烯氟虫腈·啶虫脒EC 次之,与对照药剂相比,这两种复配剂均可以降低农药的使用量而达到同样的防治效果,从而大大减少农药单剂在水稻上的残留量,44%杀单·啶虫脒SC用量较大,但从剂型的安全性和用药成本考虑,也是较理想的选择。
The indoor biological activities and field control efficacies of 4 single pesticides and their 3 mixtures against Nilapar-vata lugens were studied .The indoor bioassay results indicated that the toxicities of the tested 4 single pesticides and 3 mixtures to Nilaparvata lugens varied significantly .Among 4 single pesticides , Nitenpyram had the highest toxicity , followed by Acetamiprid , Butene-fipronil and Monosultap in order .When the ratio of Butene -fipronil to Acetamiprid, and the ratio of Butene -fipronil to Nitenpyram all was 1∶4, their mixtures had obvious synergism on Nilaparvata lugens.The mixture Monosultap o Acetamiprid (1∶5, or 1∶10) also had significant synergism on this insect pest .The results of field tests revealed that the field control efficacies of 3 mixtures against Nilaparvata lugens were all above 70%, and more than 90% under high dosage condition .Among 3 mixtures, 40%Butene-fipronil o Nitenpyram EC had the least dosage and the highest control effi

研究和建立了氟啶虫胺腈在土壤、棉籽和棉叶中的高效液相色谱检测方法,并在天津和杭州两地开展了氟啶虫胺腈在棉花中的田间残留试验研究。样品采用乙提取,正己烷萃取,罗里硅土柱层析净化,正己烷/丙酮(体积比6∶4)混合液洗脱,减压浓缩至干,甲醇定容,高效液相色谱配可变波长紫外检测器进行检测。当分别在空白土壤、棉籽和棉叶样品中添加浓度为0.05~2.5mg·kg-1的氟啶虫胺腈标准品时,其平均添加回收率在76.81%~94.43%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.54%~7.20%之间;氟啶虫胺腈的最小检出量为1 ng,在所有样品中的最低检出浓度均为0.05mg·kg-1。田间残留试验结果表明,氟啶虫胺腈在土壤和棉叶中的消解规律符合一级动力学模型Ct=C0e-kt,消解半衰期分别为1.36~5.10 d和6.13~9.37d。最终残留试验结果表明,在棉花田手动喷雾施用50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂,按推荐剂量和1.5倍推荐剂量施药,兑水喷雾处理2~3次,每次施药间隔7 d,在距最后1次施药7、14 d和21d时,氟啶虫胺腈在棉籽和土壤中的残留量均小于方法最低检出浓度0.05mg·kg-1。
An analytical method with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established for determining sulfoxaflor residue in soil, cotton seeds and cotton leaves. The field residue decline study and final residue trials of sulfoxaflor in cotton in Tianjin City and Hangzhou City, were designed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, partitioned by n-hexane, purified using Florisil column, and de-termined by HPLC equipped with a variable wavelength detector(VWD). The results showed that when the spiked levels were 0.05 mg·kg-1 to 2.5 mg·kg-1, the average recovery of sulfoxaflor ranged from 76.81%to 94.43%with relative standard deviation (RSD)of 0.54%to 7.20%;the limit of detection(LOD)of sulfoxaflor was 1 ng, and the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.05 mg·kg-1 in soil, cotton seeds and cotton leaves. 为筛选防治烟粉虱的高效安全药剂并探索其药剂防控技术的优化配套,2012-2013年进行了防治药剂不同浓度处理及不同混配组合对瓜类烟粉虱成的防控效果及安全性的田间试验。结果表明,对长瓜烟粉虱的防治,240 g/L氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂效果最好,药后24 h至14 d防效在68%以上;吡蚜酮与哒螨灵混配后防效显著高于单剂处理。对水果黄瓜烟粉虱的防治,50%杀环可溶粉剂与5.7%甲维盐水分散粒剂不同浓度混配处理药后24 h至7 d防效在80%以上,与240 g/L氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂等其他药剂防效相当;且混配处理后对红蜘蛛有较好的兼治作用。此外,吡蚜酮+哒螨灵、杀环+甲维盐的药剂混配组合,可与氟啶虫胺腈等药剂按推荐剂量在田间轮换使用,延缓抗药性的产生。
For screening out the efficient and safe insecticides and exploring optimized technology to control Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius), the field experiment was conducted to evaluate the application effect and safety of insecticide treatments with different concentrations and their mixtures. The results showed that, 240 g/L sulfoxaflor suspension concentrate had the highest control efficiency over 68%against B. tabaci after applying the insecticide 24 h to 14 days on bottle gourd. The mixture of pymetrozine and pyridaben showed a better control effect than their single insecticide treatments. The mixtures of 50% thiocyclam soluble powder and 5.7% emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule had equivalent control effects to 240 g/L sulfoxaflor suspension concentrate against B. tabaci on mini-cucumber, which was higher than 80% after applying the mixtures 24 h to 7 days, and the mixtures also got excellent control effect on Tetranychus cinnbarinus.
