以泥东风螺幼螺为试验材料,研究了其在海区底播的生长、存活以及不同底播密度对其生长、存活的影响。采用单因素方差分析进行数据的显著性分析。2013—2014年第一次试验结果显示,泥东风螺幼螺底播475 d,壳高、体重分别达到(28.4177±3.7837) mm、(4.9438±2.0669) g,成活率为71.43%;除了68 d数据显示底播密度对其存活率有显著影响(P<0.05)外,其它均显示对其壳高、体重、存活率没有显著影响(P >0.05)。2013—2014年第二次试验结果表明,泥东风螺幼螺底播385 d,壳高、体重分别达到(20.9904±2.8276) mm、(2.5936±0.9482) g,成活率为38.65%;放养密度对其壳高、体重、存活率均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,5~20粒/m2为泥东风螺幼螺适宜的海区底播密度。
In present study,the growth performance,survival rate and the sowing density on growth perform-ance and survival rate were studied by one way ANOVA to Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails. In 2013—2014, results showed,shell height,body weight and survival rate of Babylonia lutosa bottom sowing 475 d were (28.4 177 ± 3.7 837 ) mm, (4.9 438 ± 2.0 669 ) g and 71.43 %,respectively. Bottom sowing density showed no significant difference (P<0.05)on the shell height,weight and the survival rate except the 68 d date. In 2013—2014,Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails,shell height,body weight was (20.9 904 ± 2.8 276) mm, (2.5 936 ± 0.9 482 ) g and the survival rate was 38.65% after bottow sowing 385 d. Furthermore, stocking density showed no significant difference on the shell height,body weight and survival rate (P <0.05). In summary,5~20 tables/m2 was suitable sea bottom sowing density for Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails.
