采用盐度渐变和突变2种方法试验低盐度对平均体重3.7 mg、平均壳高(2.24±0.24) mm的泥东风螺生长与存活的影响。结果表明:盐度28时,稚的生长速度最快,盐度降到24时,对稚的影响并不明显,摄食基本正常,但活力略有降低;变态7 d的泥东风螺能够适应高于21的低盐环境,存活基本正常,有比较高的成活率,但对其摄食和生长有一定的影响;当盐度突变至18时,泥东风螺仍能存活,突变至15时,则不能存活;而盐度渐变至15时,稚仍可存活;盐度逐渐降低只可扩大泥东风螺的存活盐度范围,但其对最适生长盐度范围影响有限。
We applied two methods of acute and gradual salinity changes in our experiment to explore effects on the growth and survival of Babylonia lutosa juveniles. The average weight was 3.7mg and the average shell-height was (2.24 ± 0.24)mm. The results showed that the juveniles grew fastest in salinity 28. Abnormal juveniles of Babylonia lutosa could adapt to the low salinity environment which with higher survival rates than those in salinity 21.The feeding,growth and survival of Babylonia lutosa juveniles were normal under salinity 21 condition. When acute salinity became 18,Babylonia lutosa juveniles could still survive but suffer severe influence on feeding and growth. Those juveniles could not survive when acute salinity change under 15 but gradual salinity change could do with severe influence on feeding and growth. In conclusion,the survival range of Babylonia lutosa juveniles would be wider with gradual salinity change,but the adaptable growth range was limited.

In present study,the growth performance,survival rate and the sowing density on growth perform-ance and survival rate were studied by one way ANOVA to Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails. In 2013—2014, results showed,shell height,body weight and survival rate of Babylonia lutosa bottom sowing 475 d were (28.4 177 ± 3.7 837 ) mm, (4.9 438 ± 2.0 669 ) g and 71.43 %,respectively. Bottom sowing density showed no significant difference (P<0.05)on the shell height,weight and the survival rate except the 68 d date. In 2013—2014,Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails,shell height,body weight was (20.9 904 ± 2.8 276) mm, (2.5 936 ± 0.9 482 ) g and the survival rate was 38.65% after bottow sowing 385 d. Furthermore, stocking density showed no significant difference on the shell height,body weight and survival rate (P <0.05). In summary,5~20 tables/m2 was suitable sea bottom sowing density for Babylonia lutosa juvenile snails.

During 2012-2014 ,the research on the artificial breeding technique of Babylonia lutosa was con-ducted by collecting a number of 5 775 wild broodstock of Babylonia lutosa. After breeding,5 246 of Babylo-nia lutosa were survived,and the survival rate was 90.8%. The breeding season of broodstock was from June to September,and the peak period appeared when the water temperature was between 26℃ ~30℃.Oocyst was trapezoid or saddle shaped and transparent. There were 309~472 eggs in one Oocyst,381 by average. Adding Isochrysis zhanjiangensis,Chaetoceros muelleri and algae with high concentration of HUFA into diary as supplementary could improve the survival rate. This paper reported the experimental results on the growth and survival of juvenile Babylonia Luto-sa cultivated by two different nurtured methods, which one was with sand in container bottom, and the other one was with non-sand in that. In our experiment, we designed three different density groups of 30 000 ind/m2 , 50 000 ind/m2 and 70 000 ind/m2 which fed by oyster. The results showed that the shell height, weight and survival of juvenile Babylonia Lutosa in sand experimental group were higher than those in non-sand ex-perimental group after 35 d. Ccopared among three densities, the results cultured by two methods indicated that the shell height growth of 70 000 ind/m2 group were significant different from those of other groups ( P 0. 05 ) . The behavior of diving into sand was obvious with the growth of juvenile Babylonia Lu-tosa which indicated that they had a habit of inhabiting sand with better growth and survival.

In this study,Dongfeng Canal of Zhengzhou was investigated to analyze its waterfront landscape from ecological,social and landscape elements,and then proposed some advantages and disadvantages.After that, landscape of Dongfeng Canal were divided into 25 segments by the landscape nodes for evaluation.Base on the POE theory,AHP method and Fuzzy Mathematics,we work out an evaluation system for landscape of Dongfeng Ca-nal,and then proposed that,trengthen the design concept of the landscape nodes,improve the innovative,beauty in form and quality of waterfront landscape of Dongfeng Canal.

The effects of dietary bacillus on antioxidant enzyme activities of spotted babylon snail (Babylonia areola-ta)were studied in this experiment.The spotted babylon snail in the control group and experimental groups were fed basal diet and an experimental diet (the basal diet supplemented with 0.5% Bacillus subtilis or 0.5% Bacillus licheniformis)for 60 d,respectively.The results showed that:the activity of peroxidase(POD) in hepatopancreas of the B.subtilis group signif-icantly increased by 28.44%(P<0.05),while the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were not significantly affected by B.subtilis supplementation.The activities of the SOD significantly decreased by 30.89%and the activity of CAT decreased by 70.33%(P<0.05),but the activity of POD was not affected by B.licheniformis.The results indicated that di-etary B.subtilis could promote the non-specific immunity,while B.licheniformis could reduce the non-specific immunity of spotted babylon snail.
为探究南药组方对方斑东风螺病原性弧菌的抗菌作用,测定了组方对方斑东风螺内脏团内细菌总数、菌落构成、几种常见致病性弧菌细胞壁的通透性、菌悬液电导率的影响。试验结果显示,质量浓度为1.56mg/mL的南药组方能减少方斑东风螺内脏团内细菌总数及弧菌数;组方处理的细菌胞外碱性磷酸酶含量增多,菌悬液电导率明显增大。表明一定质量浓度的南药组方可减少方斑东风螺内脏团内细菌总数和弧菌数,破坏细菌细胞壁和细胞膜的完整性,导致细胞膜通透性增加。
The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of southern Chinese herbal compounds on vibriosis in shellfish Babylonia areolata by examination of the total number and colony constitute of bacteria ,activity of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) ,and electrical conductivity in the shellfish exposed to southern Chinese herbal compounds .The results showed the total number of bacteria and the number of vibrios were found decrease at concentration of 1 .56 mg/mL of southern Chinese herbal compounds .Southern Chinese herbal compounds led to increase in the content of alkaline phosphatase and electrical conductivity . In conclusion , southern Chinese herbal compounds resulted in reduce in total number of bacteria and the number of vibrios due to rupture cell walls , causing an increase in cell membrane permeability and the release of intracellular contents .
