Ti and Ti alloy were prepared by solid oxygen-ion membrane (SOM ) process from Ti-bear-ing slag directly .Ti-bearing slag powder was pressed into pellets and then employed as the cathode , and carbon-saturated liquid copper loaded in YSZ tube was used as the anode ,which were electrolyzed in molten CaCl2 at 1100 ℃ with a potential of 3 .5 V .The influence of forming pressure and electro-lytic time on electrolytic products was analyzed .The results show that Ti and Fe increase in content with electrolytic time ,whose morphology develops towards even ,fine and loose .Ti-Fe alloy can be obtained from Ti-Fe slag after electrolysis for 6 h ,and for Ti-rich slag ,when the forming pressure is 3 MPa ,electrolysis for 4 h can remove oxygen completely and for 6 h ,yield pure Ti .Under small forming pressure ,the porous cathode helps remove the impurities .

Study was focused on the complex electrochemical mechanical machining edge passivation process,and through the electrolysis voltage,electrolytic gap,feed rate,and power frequency test parameters for orthogonal test,pa-rameters were found for optimum passivation process. Tests show electrolysis gap is the biggest factor of impact on edge removal a-mount,followed by electrolysis voltage. The optimal combination of process parameters is:electrolysis voltage of 12 V,the amount of feed is 6mm/min,power frequency is 6 kHz and electrolysis gap is 0.3 mm.

The results show that:when choosing two blocks of electrolytic cell in series,using potassium carbonate(K2 cO3 )solution as the electrolyte,the concentration of K2 cO3 solution was 0. 5% and the electrolysis voltage was 21 V,the pH value of 11. 55 of alkaline electrolysis water can be quickly obtained . By the determination of the shelf time of the electrolytic alkaline water,it shows that strong alkaline electrolyzed water can be stored in short time under closed conditions.

Aimed at wastewater produced from TATB production, the rules of decomposition of TATB by electrolysis process were studied. The factors such as CODCr concentration of influent, plate distance, voltage, electrolyte, pH value, treating time were analyzed employing single factor tests, then the orthogonal tests were carried out. The results show that under the best conditions which were influent CODCr concentration of 800mg/L, plate distance of 60mm, voltage of 12V, electrolyte of 35g/L, pH value of 6.0, and treating time of 60min, the CODCr removal rate is 89.1%.
