For the problems that the amplitude phase subdivision method for sine ̄wave grating signal has a high re ̄quirement on ADC,a complex software processing,and a weak real ̄timing,a grating signal detection method based on the phase ̄shift between suqare waves is proposed. According to this method,sine waves are converted to square waves,and the grating displacement is extracted from the relative phase ̄shift between the two square waves. The hardware circuit and the software processing are simple,and the subdivision accuracy is depended on the MCU fre ̄quency. The strict sinusoidal similarity of grating signal is not required. Moreover,the mover initial position can be directly obtained when the grating is built in the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor under certain condi ̄tion. Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by experiments,the subdivision accuracy of grating is 0. 09μm,and the positional accuracy of linear motor servo system is ±0.9 μm.
针对光栅尺具有断电位置复位、无累计误差、高精度优点,在光学隔振平台上分别建立开放式和封闭式绝对光栅尺实验系统,绝对光栅尺采用图像识别原理,以气浮直线电机ArotechABL1500为参考对象,使用激光干涉仪RENISHAW XL‐80校核精度,研究不同结构绝对光栅尺的误码特点及原因。通过对比实验及研究分析,表明封闭式绝对相对于开放式绝对的误码率要高,开放式绝对式光栅尺的误码率为3%,封闭式绝对式光栅尺的误码率为8%。
Aiming at the advantages of grating scale has that it can set reset for power outage , has no cumulative error with high accuracy ,we established the unsealed and sealed absolute grating experimental systems respectively by using the technology of image identification on the optical vibration isolation platform .Taking the air bearing linear motor ArotechABL1500 for reference ,we checked its accuracy by the laser interferometer RENISHAW XL‐80 ,and an‐alyzed the characters and the causes of the bit errors of different‐structure absolute grating scale .By the contrast experiment and the analysis ,it is proved that the bit error rate of the sealed absolute ruler is higher than that of unsealed ,the bit error rate of the sealed absolute ruler is 3% w hile the unsealed one is 8% .

A kind of two-dimensional (2-D) high precision positioning table system driven by butterfly-shaped linear ultrasonic motors was designed for requirements of precision positioning system in the precision actuator technology field. The range of the precision positioning system is 50 mm by 50 mm, the linear incremental grating encoders were used as feedback components, and the motion control card was used for system control by control algorithm. A novel ultrasonic motor driver, which the output voltage and the frequency can be controlled independently, was designed to drive linear ultrasonic motor. The compound control and the advantages of high resolution stepper characteristics of the linear ultrasonic motor were used for high resolution control effects. Experimental results show that the positioning accuracy is able to achieve less than 0.28μm in the range from 0 mm to 50 mm.

Objective To investigate the impact of gantry angles on the position accuracy of buildin multi-leaf collimator (MLC) during static (step & shoot) intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT).Methods The position accuracy of MillenniumTM 60 pairs multi-leaf collimator (MLC) in Varian 23EX medical linear accelerator during 10 fractions of treatments with static intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) was retrospectively analyzed by resolving dynamic therapy log files and MLC planning files.The single leaf position deviation and gap deviation of each MLC pairs were compared between expected values and actual outcomes.The impact of gantry angle on MLC position accuracy was also investigated with paired t-test between vertical and horizontal beams.Results All the MLC position deviations ranged within ± 1.0 mm,while the gap deviations were at the range of ± 1.5 mm.The statistical standard deviation of MLC position deviations among fractions was less than 0.06 mm.After all the 60 pairs
