Noncoherent integration is the integration of the return signal reflected back from the targets, the targets’state affects the form of the return signal. The moving targets cause the fluctuating of the return signal, so noncoherent integration under the fluctuating targets is particularly important. It analyzes detailedly the relationship between noncoherent integration under the fluctuating targets and the SNR, simulates and compares the detection performance of noncoherent integration under the different fluctuating targets through the data, and gets some conclusions through the result of constrast.

Aiming at the problem of the low computational efficiency of the coherent TBD ( Track-Before-Detect) algorithm based on velocity searching and DCFT ( Discrete Chirp-Fourier Transform) , a coherent TBD algorithm based on DP ( Dynamic Programming) and DCFT is proposed. In the proposed algorithm, the target echoes locating at different range cell and the azimuth cell are searched by the DP algorithm, which optimizes the searching procedure and improves computational efficiency. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional non-coherent DP-TBD algorithm, the performance of the proposed algo-rithm improves 1 . 6 dB for 90% detection probability;compared with the coherent TBD algorithm based on velocity searching and DCFT, the computational efficiency of the proposed algorithm improves 3. 6 times.

Sampling may cause some loss for coherent integration in time domain and the computation burdens of the common coherent integration algorithms are usually heavy. To resolve these issues, a fast algorithm realizing long-term coherent integration in fast-time frequency domain is proposed. The algorithm firstly utilizes non-uniform FFT to accomplish range walk correction and phase compensation in fast-time frequency domain, and then fulfills the integration via IFFT. The proposed algorithm can avoid loss entailed by sampling, and needs relatively less computation. The theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for content determination of matrine (HPLC) available in MS bolt. Methods:using amino bonded silica gel packed column with acetonitrile, ethanol-3% phosphoric acid solution(80:10:10) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 220nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results:matrine in 20.08ug~100.4μg range showed a good linear re-lationship. Matrine and the average recovery was 98.62%(RSD=1.82%). Conclusion:this method was simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for content determination of matrine in available lady hydrant.

The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results:The calibration curve showed a good linear regres-sion within the range of 0.02385~0.2385mg/ml. The average recovery was 100.0%(RSD=0.7%). Conclusion:The method was sim-ple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for determination of Matrine Supposttories.

Mey.var.Major (Burk.)C.Y.Wu et K.M.Feng was developed by HPLC-ELSD method.The conditions of chromatography were Aglient Zorbax SB-C18 Column (ODS,4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was adopted;mobile phase was composed ofV(methanol)∶V(water)=58∶42;flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min;temperature of column was set at 25 ℃;carrier gas pressure was set at 1.94×105 Pa tube temperature of ELSD was set at 85 ℃;impactor was set in closed state.As the results show in the range of 0.4-20.0μg,the linearity of 24(R)-majoroside R1 is good,r=0.999 3(n=6),the average recovery was 98.7%,and RSD=1.28% (n=6).
