对环境变化与乡村聚落演变的相关研究进行了梳理,分别解析了乡村聚落的概念演化、环境变化背景下的乡村聚落演化历程、不同空间尺度下环境变化对乡村聚落演变的影响机制及应对措施.研究发现,中西部地区的乡村聚落演变研究更多地关注了生态脆弱性或全球变化背景,而东部地区的乡村聚落研究更多地关注了区域或全球社会经济的变化.同时大型开发项目的大规模启动以及环境事件的频发正急剧地影响着乡村聚落演化,但目前对这一动向缺乏应有的关注.此外,就研究尺度来看,从微观层面对环境变化与乡村聚落演变关系的研究也相对薄弱,这些研究领域和方向应得到必要的关注.

A review of the research on environmental change and rural settlements evolution is made in this paper.Attention is paid to the following aspects,evolution of concepts about rural settlements, evolu-tion process of rural settlements, and mechanism of environmental change driving rural settlements evolu-tion in different spatial scales.It is revealed that the researches about rural settlements where in the cen-tral and western of China are focus on ecological vulnerability or global change;however, the researches of Chinese eastern regions are focus on the socio-economic in the regional and global context.At the same time, the evolutions of rural settlements which are affected by large-scale development project or the en-vironmental events, but researchers pay less attention to them.In addition, small-scale researches are relatively weak in discussing the relationship between environment change and rural settlements evolution;we should given the necessary attention to these fi

文章通过研究我国现阶段乡村聚落人居环境建设的现状与困境，提出乡村聚落人居环境建设应走可持续发展的生态之路。要尊重固有自然现状，保持乡村聚落建筑的乡土特色，适应居民生产生活需要，适应地域气候特色。

在当前城市化进程加快的形势下，回族聚落建设，出现了彻底抛弃传统营建智慧、抛弃传统聚落优势、脱离地域资源条件约束、不顾民族地域文化传承的现象，进一步导致资源损毁与人居矛盾的加剧。宁夏西海固回族聚落营建体系研究，不但有助于缓解宁夏地区自身的人居环境矛盾，而且对于引导我国西北普遍存在的少数民族地区聚落建设具有启示意义。研究从四个方面建构了回族聚落营建模式的研究框架，并提出回族聚落的三种建设模式：传统聚落改造模式、城郊型聚落更新模式、生态移民新村建设模式。

Under the current modelof urbanization, Hui settlement buildings are abandoning the traditional construction wisdom,ignoring the constraints of geographical resources and the cultural heritage of ethnic geographical phenomenon, resulting in resource damage and worsening built environment. The research on Xihaigu Hui settlement construction in Ningxia system, will not only help to improve the Ningxia region living environment, but also enlighten the settlement construction of the common ethnic minority areas in Northwest China. The research on Hui settlement is formed by four aspects, and it proposes three modesfor future Hui settlement construction:transformation of traditional settlement, suburban settlement improvement, and ecological immigrant vil age construction.
