本文采用熔融-水淬法制备了SiO2-B2 O3-Bi2 O3、SiO2-B2 O3-ZnO和SiO2-B2 O3-CaO 3种体系的无铅玻璃粉,根据玻璃粉的XRD和差热分析结果,分析并讨论了玻璃析晶、成玻化程度及玻璃转化温度Tg 对铜浆性能的影响,并通过SEM观察了膜的表面形貌,验证了以上分析。结果表明:SiO2-B2 O3-CaO体系的无铅玻璃粉具有良好的成玻性和合适的玻璃转化温度,采用该体系作为铜浆的玻璃相,铜浆性能较好。
Three kinds of system lead-free powder such as SiO2-B2O3-Bi2O3,SiO2-B2O3-ZnO and SiO2-B2O3-CaO were prepared by melting-quenching in this paper.According to the results of XRD and differential thermal analysis of glass beads,the effects of glass crystallization,vitreous degree and the transition temperature Tg on the properties of copper paste were discussed.In addition,the surface of the copper film morpholopy was observed by SEM,and it vali-dated the analysis above.The results show that the SiO2-B2O3-CaO system lead-free glass powder has the good into glass and suitable transition temperature,the copper paste with this system of glass has good performance.

Copper powders and cuprous oxide particles were prepared by a two-step liquid reduction method.Cu-bic,spherical,octahedral cuprous oxide particles were used as precursors respectively and the effect of the pre-cursors on density of copper powders was investigated.The products were characterized by XRD,SEM,nitrogen adsorption specific surface analyzer and particle size distribution.The results showed spherical copper powders which were prepared using cubic cuprous oxide particles as precursors had a high tap density,a small specific surface area and a narrow size-distribution,and applied to conductive copper paste.

In view of the low grade copper-containing mircrofine disseminated gold ores in Songshunangou gold deposit ,a renovated process was applied by stockpiling crushed crude ores for them to naturally oxidize prior to all -sli-ming cyanidation-CIP gold extraction process .Cyanidation tailing water after extraction of copper returns to the opera-tion to achieve dry discharge of tailings .With this,the gold recovery rate reached 86.71 %and copper recovery rate reached 90%.The process has played an exemplary role for the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources and en -vironmental protection in water deficient lands .

A gold concentrate containing copper is refractory .Most of gold exists in the form of submic roscopic gold .Conventional cyanidation leaching rate of gold in the concentrate is lower than 20% . Removal of copper by pressure oxidation at heating and leaching of gold by cyanidation was studied . The effects of temperature ,oxygen pressure ,the mass ratio between liquid and solid ,stirring speed and time on the removal rate of copper were examined .The results show that at the conditions of temperature of 210 ℃ ,oxygen pressure of 1 .1 MPa ,the mass ratio between liquid and solid of 5∶1 , stirring speed of 700 r/min and preoxidation time of 70 minutes ,the removal rate of copper is more than 98% .The oxidizing slag slurry’s pH is adjusted in the range of 10-11 using lime ,then to leach gold using sodium cyanide solutin of 1 g/L ,the leaching rate of gold is more than 98% .

Objective To investigate the relationship in the expression of copper transporter-related pro-tein such as ATP7A,ATP7B and CTR1, clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods Expres-sion area ratio of CTR1, ATP7B and ATP7A of tissue microarray, from 75 cancerous tissues specimens which had not been treated, provided by Shanghai Outdo Biotech Co.,Ltd., were analyzed. The relation-ship of copper transporter-related protein and clinicopathological features, 26 cases of the relationship with the patient survival were also analyzed. Results There was no correlation between expression lev-els of ATP7A, ATP7B, CTR1 and sex and tumor stage(P>0.05),while age-related(P 0.05). Conclusion In colon cancer,there were no relation in copper transporter-related protein expression levels, gender and tumor stage. But it was related to age. ATP7A,ATP7B was expressed in the cytoplasm of the nu-cleus,and no expression in the cell membrane;The ATP7A nucleus expression is higher than the cyto-plasm. ATP

The oxidative acid leaching process of Co white alloy containing high silicon is studied. The influences of leaching agent, oxidant dosage, molar ratio of H 2SO4/HCl, liquid-solid ratio, leaching temperature and time on leaching rate of cobalt and copper are investigated. The results show that more than 99 % of Co, Fe, Cu can be leached under the following conditions: initial acidity 5.0 mol/L, mole ratio of H 2SO4/HCl 8:2 as leaching agent, excess coefficient of acidity 1.2, excess coefficient of oxidant (NaClO3) 1.4, leaching temperature 70 ℃ for 2 h. Leaching slurry is easy to be filtrated with no cuprous chloride precipitation and silica gel.

Totally chlorine-free bleaching sequence (OQP/OQP1P2) of low kappa number wheat straw pulp and the operating conditions for various brightness (from 78.0%ISO to 85.7%ISO) of bleached pulp were investigated. The results show that chelated oxygen-delignification of wheat straw pulp has a kappa number of 3.9, a viscosity of pulp 965 ml/g. The process conditions to the highest ISO brightness of 85.7% are as follow: O stage, oxygen pressure 0.7MPa, reaction temperature 100℃, reaction time 60 min, NaOH charge 4.0%, MgSO4 charge 0.5%, reaction temperature 80℃, total H2O2 dosage 8.0%, but the consumption of H2O2 is low, because the kappa number and content of transition metal are low. The kappa number is 3.9, the content of Fe is 29 mg/kg, the content of Cu is 19 mg/kg, and the content of Mn is 3 mg/kg, respectively.
