探讨青霉素G注射剂与青霉素V钾片联合治疗急性扁桃体炎的治疗效果,为此疾病的临床用药提供参考.方法:将我院2009年6月~2010年5月期间收治的152例急性扁桃体炎患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组:分别以青霉素G注射剂联合青霉素V钾片治疗和单纯青霉素G注射剂治疗两种不同方法治疗,并观察对比疗效.结果:观察组总有效率为96.1%,对照组总有效率为85.5%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:青霉素G注射剂与青霉素V钾片联合治疗急性扁桃体炎,疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广.
Objective:To study the penicillin injection G and penicillin V k piece of combination therapy for the treatment of acute tonsillitis effect.Methods:During the month of may of 152 cases of acute tonsillitis patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group average:respectively to penicillin injection G joint penicillin V k piece of treatment and pure penicillin injection G treatment of two different methods treatment,and observe contrast curative effect.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group were 96.1% and the total effective rate was 85.5%,a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Penicillin injection G and penicillin V k combination treatment of acute tonsillitis,symptoms,and high safety.

Objective:To improve the determination method for penicillin V potassium tablets. Methods:An Inertis ODS-SP C18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of A and B(60∶40) [ A: pH 3. 5 phosphate buffer(0. 5 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, adjusting pH to 3. 5 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile-water (10∶30∶60);B:pH 3. 5 phosphate buffer-acetonitrile-water (10∶55∶35)]. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was 268nm, the column temperature was room temperature and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:The linear range of penicillin V potassium was 0. 032 9-0. 821 6 mg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9, and the average recovery was 99. 9%( RSD=0. 6%, n=9). Conclusion:The method is reproducible and accurate, and can be used in the content determination of penicillin V potassium tablets and capsules.

Objective To study degradation products of penicillins in artificial“non-anti-milk”. Methods The penicillins in milk were borken down by β-Lactamases. After protein precipitation, the residues were ex-tracted with acetonitrile:water (4:1, v:v) solution, qualitatively detected by high performance liquid chromato-graphy-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbit trap high-resolution mass spectrometry. Results The residues of penicillins in artificial“non-anti-milk”were penicilloic acids and penilloic acids, and the limit of detection was 10μg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple, fast, and highly sensitive, and it is suitable for the identification of artificial“non-anti-milk”.

The penicillin V potassium imprinted polymer was prepared by bulk polymerization with methacrylic acid( MAA) as func-tional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate( EGDMA) as crosslinker,and azoisobutyronitrile( AIBN) as initiator,so that the MIP was targeted to recognize the penicillin VK. According to the ultraviolet spectrum, hydrogen-bonding interactions existed between template molecules and monomers with mole ratio 1:3 and better stabilization(K=2. 889×109L3/mol3). The adsorption and recog-nition ability of MIP for penicillin VK were researched by adsorption experiments. Imprinted factor was 2. 31,and the maximum ap-parent binding constant was 8. 63 μg·mg-1 . The results showed that MIP has high affnity,specific recognition ability and selectivity for penicillin VK.

An ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometric (UPLC-MS/MS)anal-ysis method was established for simultaneous analysis of penicillin G and benzylpenicillin acid in milk.The milk samples were precipitated with acetonitrile:alcohol(3 ∶ 1,V∶ V),and the extracts were applied to HLB cartridge for clean up,the separation was performed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tan-dem mass spectrometry.The correlation coefficients were above 0.993.The detection limits (S/N>3)of penicillin acid G and benzylpenicillin acid were 0.3 μg/kg-0.5 μg/kg.The detection limits (S/N>10)of penicillin G and benzylpenicillin were 1.0 μg/kg-2.0 μg/kg.The results quantified by matrix spiked cali-bration curve,the recoveries ranged from 75.88%-106.0%,and RSD were in the range of 6.65%-14.17%. The method is sensitive and repeatable,and can be applied to the field of residue analysis about penicillin and their metabolites.

To observe clinical efficacy of Huxin Jiedu Tongluo decoction on viral myocarditis. Methods:80 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=50) and the control (n=30). The treatment was given Huxin Jiedu Tonglu decoction, and the control took orally Green enzyme V potassium, moroxydine, triphosphate, coenzyme Q10 and vitamin C. The treating course was a month, with two months of treatment. Results: In the treatment group, 17 cases were cured, 28 cases were effective, 5 cases were invalid, and the total efficacy was 90.00%;in the control, 7 cases were cured, 14 cases were effective, 9 cases were invalid, and the total efficacy was 70.00%. The difference was significant in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Huxin Jiedu Tongluo decoction was effective on viral myocarditis, and worthy of clinical promotion.

In the process of sugar production, the microbial activity in the cane juice is an important factor in damaging the quality of sugar products. In order to inhibit the harmful effect of bacterium on the quality of sugar products, the antibacterial effect of common food preservatives, natural food preservatives, other reagents and sodium chloride aqueous electrolytes solution on Leuconostoc, the most harmful bacterium during the crushing process of cane sugar mills, was explored in this paper. The results showed that sodium p-hydroxybenzoate, ethyl injection of sodium penicillin, sodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate (EDTA-2Na) could inhibit the main harmful bacterium effectively during the process of sugar production and the lowest effective antibacterial concentration was 0.0016 g/L, 0.0096 g/L, 0.0056 g/L respectively. Epoxy functionalized cubic Ia3d mesoporous silica (CIMS) was successfully synthesized by epox-idizing vinyl groups prepared on the CIMS by a co-condensation method. The synthesized material was characterized by X-ray diffraction, nitrogen sorption, transmission electron microscopy, ther-mogravimetric analysis, and solid state 13C NMR. The vinyl groups were found to be easily epox-idized to yield epoxy functionalized CIMS. The epoxy functionalized CIMS was used as a support for the immobilization of penicillin G acylase (PGA), and the effects of the epoxy group on the initial activity and the operational stability of the immobilized PGA were studied. The results showed that the enzyme loading and initial activity of the immobilized PGA decreased with increasing amounts of epoxy groups. Objective Compare with injection penicillin drugs and oral penicillin drugs for ADR .Method The adverse reaction re-ports of penicillin drugs collected by Jiangsu adverse reaction center from 2007 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .Result The case number of adverse reactions of injection penicillin was 6 082 ,accounting for 92 .98% ;Oral penicillin adverse reactions num-ber was 454 cases ,accounting for 6 .94% ;The injection penicillin drugs had new serious adverse reactions in 2 cases ;After the treatment of injection penicillin adverse reaction ,9 cases were die and 3 cases left sequela ;On the other hand ,the cases of oral penicillin adverse reactions were recoveried or better after treatment .Conclusion For the adverse drug reactions of oral penicillin , the quantity was less and the serious degree was low and no death or sequela was reported after treatment .
