针对虚拟拆装中拆装顺序规划问题,提出从拆装任务的角度建立虚拟拆装模型。研究了将有向图拓扑排序算法应用到拆装顺序规划(DisassemblyAssembly Sequence Planning,DASP)中的方法,建立了基于拓扑排序的拆装顺序评价模型,并给出了具体算法。最后在自主开发的虚拟拆装平台(Visual Platform for DisassemblyAssembly,VPDA)中验证方法的可行性。
According to Disassembly&Assembly Sequence Planning ( DASP) ,proposed to creat the model for virtual disassembly&assembly from the perspective of the process task .Researched the methods that how to use the topological sort algorithm for di-graph to realize the problem of DASP ,analized the method to creat evaluating model for disassembly&assembly sequence on to -pological sort algorithm and expressed a concrete algorithm .In the end,validated the feasibility of the method on self-developed platform Visual Platform for Disassembly&Assembly ( VPDA) .

Aiming at the problems of complex computation model, complex measurement equipment and test range limitation in dynamic torque testing of uniform-diameter rotating shafts, a dynamic torque testing method based on DASP and photoelectric reflex sensors was proposed. A dynamic torque testing system including photoelectric reflex sensors and dynamic data information collection equipment was established. Using the time difference of photoelectric sensor’s pulse signal and the relative angle, the dynamic torques could be measured. Experimental results show that real-time and accurate non-contact measurement of the dynamic torques can be realized through adjusting the sensor’s positions. This technology has provided a new method to test the dynamic torques of rotating shafts. This method is applicable to all kinds of large shaft dynamic torque measurements.

Influence of the span ratio of a two-unequal-span continuous beam on vibration mode is introduced, and the option of impact factor values is discussed. Using a channel-shaped continuous beam as the model, the finite element analysis code of Midas and the equipment of DASP are respectively employed for modal analysis, and the first three modals and frequencies of the continuous beam with different span ratios are obtained. Results of the analyses are compared with those of testing, and the vibration mode change is confirmed. 探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路应用肱骨内、外髁解剖钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法:2000年7月~2013年3月采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路结合肱骨内、外髁解剖钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折30例,男18例,女12例;年龄17~56岁,平均34岁。按照Riseborough和Radin的分类方法,Ⅱ型7例,Ⅲ型18例,Ⅳ型5例。结果:术后30例骨折复位满意,2例复位稍差,无切口感染,1例术中牵拉损伤尺神经,30例获得随访,时间8~23个月,平均12.8个月。尺神经损伤恢复,骨折全部愈合,无内固定松动及断裂,愈合时间12~18周,平均14.6周。根据改良的Cassebaum评分系统评价肘关节功能,其中优10例,良14例,可4例,差2例,优良率80%。结论:经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路结合肱骨内、外髁解剖钢板固定是治疗肱骨髁间骨折的较为有较的方法。
Objective To explore the treatment effect of intercondylar fracture of humerus through approach of osteotomy of olecranon (AOO) with dual anatomical steel plate(DASP). Method From July 2000 to March 2013,30 patients of intercondylar fracture of humerus were treated surgical y through AOO, and the fracture was reduced and fixed with DASP. The patients included 18 males and 12 females with a mean age of 34 years (range 17~56 years), According to Riseborough and Radin classification, type Ⅱ fracture was found in 7 cases, type Ⅲ in 18, type Ⅳ in 5. Early rehabilitation exercises was taken in al the cases.Result The fractures in al the cases were satisfactory reduced but two not too good, none had incision infection, injuries of the ulnar nerve.Al 30 patients were fol owed up from 8 months to 23 months (average 14.6 months), of these 30 patients, al the osteotomies healed in 12.8 weeks averagely(range 12~18 weeks) and the injuried ulnar nerve recovered completely.
