The component system of Theory of Inventive Problem Solving ( TRIZ) and the computer aided innovation application workflow of Pro/Innovator are introduced .Based on the Pro/Innovator 6.0 platform,through component analysis and problem-de-composition of the existing problems about assembly of switch-box, several solutions are derived from the innovation principle modules,and are evaluated subsequently .Through the resolution of the case about assembly of switch-box,it shows an effective approach to settle engineering problem by the application of computer aided innovation software .

Aiming at the new model of customer collaborative product innovation,this paper proposed a process,the accel-eration of innovation knowledge into product based on the life cycle of customer innovation knowledge. Through the estab-lishment and analysis of the customer innovation knowledge base and product knowledge base,an evaluation approach of the degree in innovation was brought forward,and a model of knowledge - driven customer cooperation innovation,which could be used to design the new product,was introduced. Finally,a case illustrated the validity and practicability of the innova-tion model.

目的：通过研究两种不同试剂 D-二聚体（D-DIMER）检测值与纤维蛋白降解产物（fibrin degradation products， FDP）的相关性，分析检测值的吻合度，评价两种检测试剂的临床实用性。方法采用Sysmex CA-1500全自动血凝分析仪检测患者D-二聚体及 FDP，D-二聚体检测试剂分别为 Siemens Innovance D-DIMER和 Dade Behring D-Dimer Plus。回顾性研究762例临床患者标本D-二聚体及 FDP测定结果，并将测定结果进行等级频数分析及等级相关检验（Spearman法）。结果 Siemens Innovance D-DIMER试剂检测同一患者D-二聚体值与 FDP水平呈正相关（r＝0.954，P＜0.01），优于 Sie-mens DD Plus试剂（r＝0.885，P＜0.01），且这种相关性随D-二聚体含量的升高而升高，当D-二聚体＞5 mg／L FEU时，相关性达到最佳（P＜0.01）。Innovance D-DIMER试剂组 FDP阳性率（约为65.76％）相对于 DD Plus试剂组（91.48％）偏低，提示 Innovance D-DIMER试剂组D-二聚体能够在 FDP升高之前出现反应，具有更高的灵敏度。结论使用 Siemens Innovance D-DIMER试剂检测D-二聚体并结合 FDP值可以为临床提供更加确切的疾病诊治信息。
Objective To evaluate the clinical practicality of two different D-dimer assays by studying the correlation of the testing results by two different D-dimer reagents with fibrin degradation products (FDP)result values and analyzing the Clinical alignment.Methods A representative cross-sectional study of 762 clinical patients’plasma specimens were taken to measure the results of D-dimer and FDP by using Sysmex CA-1500 automated coagulation analyzer,D-DIMER detection rea-gent respectively Siemens Innovance D-DIMER and Dade Behring D-DIMER Plus reagents.Then rating frequency analysis and Spearman correlation test were applied to analyze the correlation of measurement results.Results Overall,to the same patient,the correlation of D-dimer tested by Siemens Innovance D-DIMER Reagent with FDP level was significant positive (r= 0.954,P 5 mg/L FEU,the correlation was the best (P 5μg/ml)and FDP positive rate in both different cases when D-dimer results was also positive,FDP positive r

The developments of medicine always follow innovations in science and technology.In the past decade,such innovations have made cancer-related targeted therapies possible.In general,the term "targeted therapy" has been used in reference to cellular and molecular level oriented therapies.However,improvements in the delivery and planning of traditional radiation therapy have also provided cancer patients more options for "targeted" treatment,notably stereotactic radiosurgery(SRS) and stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT).In this review,the progress and controversies of SRS and SBRT are discussed to show the role of stereotactic radiation therapy in the ever evolving multidisciplinary care of cancer patients.

目的评价Innovance D-dimer试剂性能及其在血栓形成早期的临床筛查价值。方法采用Innovance D-dimer检测试剂,分别对86例疑似血栓患者(血栓组)和40例门诊健康体检者(对照组)进行血浆D-二聚体水平测定,并进行统计学t检验,受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析和筛检评价。结果血栓组D-二聚体水平[(4.14±7.29)mg/L]显著高于对照组[(0.17±0.12)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,D-二聚体水平用于血栓的临床筛查有显著统计学意义(AUC=0.938,P=0.000),D-二聚体水平越高,发生血栓的可能性越大;以D-二聚体水平为0.50mg/L为截断值,其灵敏度、特异度和阴性预测值表现良好,分别为98.08%和100.00%和98.67%。结论 Innovance D-dimer试剂适用于排除血栓形成,但诊断价值有限。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Innovance D-dimer assay in patients with early thrombosis.Methods The D-dimer level was detected in 86 patients suspected with thrombosis and 40 healthy control subjects by using Innovance D-di-mer reagent.Results The D-dimer level was significantly higher in the case group[(4.14±7.29)mg/L]than in the control group [(0.17±0.12)mg/L],P =0.000.ROC curve analysis showed that D-dimer was a significant indicator for the clinical screening of thrombosis,and the higher D-dimer level,the greater possibility of thrombosis(AUC=0.938,P =0.000).The sensitivity,specifici-ty and negative predictive value have the satisfactory performance under the cut-off value of 0.50 mg/L.Conclusion The Innovance D-dimer is useful for excluding patients suspected with thrombosis,but it has a limited value in diagnosis of thrombosis.

French fried potato Innovator was used as the test materials with an experiment design of 6 nitrogen rates when phosphorus and potassium were at certain level in a field plot test.The effects of different rate nitrogen fertilizer on potato yield and tuber quality were studied.Conclusions:with increasing of nitrogen,the yield of potato Innovator increased initially and decreased later,the relation of nitrogen rate and potato tuber yield fit in the quadratic function which was y =-0.0004x2 + 0.1855x + 28.139.The yield of Innovator reached 49.65t/hm2 of maximum value when the nitrogen rate was 231.88kg/hm2.Integrated dry matter content,French fry color index,reducing sugar content and sucrose content in different levels of quality of nitrogen rate and high quality products were reached when the range of nitrogen rate was 130.5 ～ 159.8kg/hm2,first class products was 0 ～ 213.5kg/ hm2,qualified products was 0 ～ 258.6kg/hm2.

The Innovation Vouchers Scheme was launched by Technology Strategy Board (TSB) of UK in 2012 as a new funding tool to support the innovation activities of SMEs specifically. The objects and priorities of Innovation Vouchers Scheme are clearly defined and the funding mode of the scheme has a big difference from other S&T programs. This paper introduced the funding standards and principles of the scheme, analyzed its funding priorities and application procedure, and summarized the new characteristics of Innovation Vouchers Scheme, hoping to provide a useful reference for the policy making and implement of innovation plan and programs in China.
