目的:观察心复康口服液对心肌梗死心衰大鼠心肌组织线粒体肌酸激酶(mit CK)mRNA 及蛋白表达的影响。方法采用结扎 SD 大鼠左冠状动脉前降支复制心肌梗死后心衰大鼠模型,用心复康口服液于术后24 h 灌胃给药至6周;以卡托普利作为阳性对照药,观察大鼠梗死周围心肌组织 mit CK mRNA 及 mit CK 蛋白表达水平。结果第6周末,与模型组比较,卡托普利组、心复康口服液组心肌 mit CKmRNA、mit CK 蛋白表达均上调(P 0.05)。结论心复康口服液可上调心肌梗死后心衰大鼠心肌细胞 mit CKmRNA 的表达,促进 mit CK 蛋白含量增加,达到改善心肌细胞能量穿梭紊乱,重塑心肌梗死后心衰大鼠心肌能量代谢作用。
Objective To study the effect of Xinfukang oral liquid(XOL)on the expression of mitochondrialcreatine kinase(mit CK) mRNA and protein in rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods The rat models of heart failure after myocardial infarction were created by ligating their left anterior descending coronary arteries.after 24 hours of creating models,rats in drug groups were fed on XOL and captopril through gastotube for 6 weeks,while captopril group was served as control.The expression of mit CK mRNA and protein around infarction area were observed.Results Compared with mode group,the expression of mit CK mRNA and protein in captopril group and XOL group were increased at 6th weekend (P 0.05).Conclusion XOL can effectively in-crease the expression level of mit CK mRNA,as well as the protein content of mit CK of rats with heart failure after myocardial in-farction,and thus help to improve heart failure myocardial energy shuttle and remodel the process of myocardia

At present, conventional MIT test is a folding endurance test only for the lfexible board with a speciifc pattern and structure and not for rigid-lfex board, which can not fully meet the user requirements in different environment (static deflection, the dynamic deflection). And there are not the related test methods or standards about folding endurance test used in the ifnished rigid-lfex board. This paper discussed the folding property of rigid-lfex board base on the type of lfexible materials, step height of rigid-lfex board, lfexible zone space and lfexible plate layer structure etc. according to the principle of MIT method. The results show that the folding property of the non-gel lfexible board is better than that of the lfexible board with adhesive. And the lfexible area with a certain step height, spacing and layers can meet the customer’s design requirements for the min space of the edge of rigid-lfex area, and can ensure its folding endurance of rigid-lfex board.

In order to inhibit noise interference for extracting the characteristics of ECG signals,a noise reduction method based on one-dimensional discrete wavelet transform was discussed in this paper. The results obtained by simulation of the MIT/BIH ECG database demonstrate this method can effectively reduce the noise of ECG signals,which provide a certain practical value for extracting features information of ECG signals.

Objective To define the loci of the mutant gene in the loop-tail mouse.Methods To study the heredity pattern, loop-tail mice were mated with normal C57BL/6J and C3H mice.Their offsprings with loop-tail or normal phenotype were registered respectively.Microsatellite marker D1Mit113 and D1Mit149 were used to locate the mutant gene.Based on fine mapping, the candidate gene Vangl2 was found.Vangl2 gene from the loop-tail mice was amplified by PCR followed by sequencing.Incision enzyme FspBI ( BfaI ) identified the genotype of offspring from loop-tail mice intercrossing.Results Heredity test indicated that the loop-tail phenotype was controlled by a single dominant gene not with 100%penetrance but was affected by genetic background.A C-to-T transversion was at the 1345bp in Vangl2 gene of the loop-tail mice.Conclusions The C-to-T transversion introduces a pre-termination codon of amino acids and causes the phenotype of loop-tail phenotype.None homozygous mice were found in the off

This paper studies the feature based face detection algorithm, According to the characteristics of weak classifi-cation ability, based on the principal component analysis feature vector space is extracted to construct weak classifier, combined with AdaBoost algorithm to construct the strong classifier, an algorithm for face detection is presented. The performance of the algorithm is tested based on MIT+CMU face database, the results show that the algorithm in the run-ning time and detection accuracy is significantly better than the algorithm based on neural network and support vector machine algorithm.

Conventional scene recognition methods have poor performance in indoor situations. For this reason, an indoor scene recognition method for mobile robots is presented, combining global and saliency region features. In addition to the use of an improved BoW (Bag-of-Words) model for indoor scene recognition, an improved BDBN (bilinear deep belief network) model is implemented, using information from a salient region detection technique. The first and the second winners of the salient region detection with the visual attention approach are sent into the improved BDBN model to automatically learn image features and to judge the class sets they belong to. The final result of the indoor scene recognition can be obtained by combining the above-mentioned two models through strategies for a piecewise discriminant. Motion stability of the relativistic electron is studied in an ion-channel free-electron laser based on the Raman free-elec-tron laser.Kolmogonov entropy of electron motion is analyzed .By making use of the reported MIT experiment data , the influences of the ion-density, adiabatic magnetic field and self-field on the electron motion and motion stability are investigated .It is shown that the adiabatic magnetic field has an obvious influence on the electron motion .However, it influences hardly the stability of electron motion . The ion-density and the self-field have an essential influence on the stability .
