The preservation effect on chilled pork immersed in different compound liquide extracted from chinese herbal medicine, DHK (lilac, magnolia, sophora) , ZHK (purple salvia, thick park, sophora flavescens) , HKM (magnolia, sophora flavescens, rosemary), are studied. The results show that chilled pork immerses in compound liquide extracted from DHK, ZHK and HKM exhibite a obvious preservation effect, and HKM exhibites the best preservation effect.
