建立莪术油的指纹图谱测定分析方法,为莪术油的质量控制提供参考。方法:采用GC法对12批莪术油进行指纹图谱测定,采用Excel计算指纹图谱的相似度,并采用SPSS进行聚类分析。结果:17批莪术油的相似度计算结果较低;通过聚类分析结果可将莪术油分为两类,自制莪术油和市售莪术油各为一类,但辽宁和江苏产药材提取的莪术油差异较大,无法成为一类。因此基于聚类分析结果,分别建立了自制莪术油和市售莪术油的指纹图谱的共有模式,并具有较高的相似度。结论:自制莪术油和市售莪术油无法建立共有指纹图谱,应进一步对市售莪术油的质量标准进行研究,从而控制莪术油及其中药制剂的质量。
AIM: To establish the method of fingerprinting analysis on Zedoary turmeric oil by GC. Zedoary turmeric oil for the quality control of reference. METHODS: GC method was used to determine the fingerprint and its similarity of Zedoary turmeric oil calculated on Excel and cluster analysis. RESULTS: Seventeen samples of Zedoary turmeric oil indicated that there was a little similarity among them. Based on the cluster analysis, all the Zedoary turmeric oils could be divided into two categories, self-made and market purchasing oil, the latter oils purchased from Liaoning province and Jiangsu province varied considerably. Every category had a common fingerprint mode with clear resemblance. CONCLUSION: When finding the difference between the self-made and the marketpurchasing Zedoary turmeric oil, quality control requires serious consideration.

Objective To analyze the essential oil compositions of Curcuma wenyujin Rhizoma from Hainan Province in order to provide identifiable ground for the use of resources and quality evaluation. Methods Essential oil of Curcuma wenyujin Rhizoma from Hainan Province and from Zhejiang Province was selected as the research ob-jects. These essential oil were extracted by steam distillation. They were analyzed and determined by gas chromatogra-phy-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), compared with the quality standards of"China pharmacopoeia". Results Essential oil compositions of Curcuma wenyujin Rhizoma from Hain-an Province and Zhejiang Province were consistent. Similarity of characteristic chromatogram of two essential oils reached more than 95%compared with Chinese pharmacopoeia characteristic chromatogram (2010) of Curcuma we-nyujin Rhizoma. Rhizome morphology and correlation property in storage period , and the flowering characteris-tic at artificial conditions of 5 species Curcuma plants were studied .The results showed that Curcuma kwangsiensis var.naulingensis and C.kwangsiensis could be distinguished by naked eyes , and that C.nankunshanensis, C.aromatica and C.elata must be distinguished by cutting the rhizomes through the colour.In the whole process of cultivation , the percentage of flowering of Curcuma plants under water culture was higher than that under soil culture , with the highest percentage of C.kwangsiensis var.naulingensis and the highest protein content in its rhizomes .The flowering period of C.nankun-shanensis was longest.C.aromatica and C.elata only leafed with no flower .The weight, length, diame-ter, protein content of the rhizomes of 5 species Curcuma plants were reduced with the increase of storage time.

Two kinds of essential oil were obtainted from Curcumawenyujin Y.H.Chen et C. Ling by steam distillation and SFE-CO2 respectively. TLC,GC and GC-MS method were applied to analyze and compare the components in them. Over 60 and 90 components were separated from these two kinds of oil respectively,and over 50 components were confirmed among them. The results showed that the components in these two oils and their relative contents were not exactly the same,but the main constituents were similar. There were more heavy components in the essential oil obtained by SFE-CO2 . The results pro-vided a scientific basis for the development and quality control of essential oil of Curcumawenyujin Y.H.Chen et C. Ling.

Objective: To provide the scientific basis for the reasonable development and use of the leaves of Rhizoma Curcumae. Methods: To extract the volatile oil from roots and leaves of three species Rhizoma Curcumae by steam distillation and isolate these products with the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrum. Taking Nist98 standard mass spectrometer database and contrast as control, the structure of the mass spectrogram was identified, and the relative contents of the components were determined with area normalization method. Results: The anti-tumor active constituents such as curdione and germacrone in the leaves had the greater content than in its rhizome. Conclusion: The varieties of volatile components in different parts of three species of Rhizoma Curcumae are similar, but their contents are obviously various. We can make the leaves of Rhizoma Curcumae for recycling use.

AIM:The extraction of high quality genomic DNA is an important foundation for the biotechnology research of curcu-ma.METHODS:This research used the modified CTAB meth-od,SDS method and reagent kits respectively,to extract leaves of genomic DNA from Guangxi Curcuma.The quality were validated by DNA electrophoresis,nucleic acid protein content detection and PCR.RESULTS:The results show that the modified CTAB method can obtain high purity,less impurity genomic DNA,and PCR amplification.CONCLUSION:The modified CTAB method is a highly effective method for extracting DNA from Curcuma.
