为评价黄枙子的食用安全性,以提高黄枙子的综合开发利用,本研究对黄枙子中枙子黄色素和重金属的含量分别进行了测量.将黄枙子光波消煮,用紫外分光光度计测定其矿物质和枙子黄色素的含量,测试结果显示黄枙子中的矿物质和枙子黄色素含量丰富.本研究以砷为研究对象,进行急性经口毒性、大鼠精子畸形、大鼠骨髓细胞微核、180天喂养等安全性毒理学评价试验研究.试验结果表明:所测定的40批黄枙子样品中,其水溶出物中的砷、汞、镉含量分别为:w(汞)≤0.0153 ug/g、w(砷)≤0.0613 ug/g,w(镉)≤0.0167 ug/g,均极其微小;遗传毒性试验结果无显著相关性,180天喂养试验结果表明,在本试验剂量范围内无毒副作用.研究结果显示:黄枙子中的枙子黄色素含量丰富,且具有较好的食用安全性.
In order to evaluate edible safety of Yellow Ezi and improve its comprehensive utilization, this study determined respectively the content of gardenia yellow pigment and Heavy Metals in Yellow Ezi. By digestion of the yellow Ezi light, the content of minerals and gardenia yellow pigment were deter-mined by UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content of minerals and gardenia yellow pig-ment in Yellow Ezi was rich. Arsenic as the object of study, the experimental study was carried out to e-valuate the acute oral toxicity, rat, micronucleus, sperm deformity of bone marrow cells of rat in 180 days feeding safety toxicology. The results showed that in the determination of the 40 batch of Yellow Ezi sam-ples, arsenic, mercury compounds, cadmium content were dissolved in water:w ( arsenic) ≤0. 061 3 ug/g, w (mercury) ≤0. 015 3 ug/g, w (CD) ≤0. 016 7 ug/g, which were extremely small. While collating Huang''s handwritten inscriptions and some of the collections by others, I have found that there are all kinds of errors. Therefore, based on the collected inscriptions, we may as well come up with a new version for readers.

Objective To establish a UV-VIS spectrophotometry method to determine total flavonoids in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. from different areas. Methods Total flavonoids of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. was extracted by ultrasonic method, and was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry at 500 nm. Results The linearity of rutin was20~120μg/mL(r=0.9993), and the average recovery ratios was 100.1%. The RSD was 0.3%(n=6). The contents of total flavonoids ranged from 3.53%to 4.12%. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate, and it could be used for the determination of total flavonoids quickly. The contents of total flavonoids was different from different areas.It provided some academic basis for quality standard of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge..

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different adding levels of soybean isoflavones ( ISO) on the morphological structure of the small intestinal of Gushi chickens. Eighty 1-day-old Gushi chick-ens were randomly divided into four groups ( with 20 chickens per group) as control group ( feeding with basal diet) , 3 mg/kg ISO group, 6 mg/kg ISO group and 9 mg/kg ISO group. The results showed as follows:1) ISO had no significant effect on body weight and length of the small intestine of Gushi chickens ( P>0.05) . 2) ISO had significantly effect on villus height, crypt depth and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of jejunum and ileum ( P<0.05) . 3) ISO had significantly effect on the number of goblet cells of duodenum at 35 days of age and ileum at 21 and 35 days of age ( P<0.05) . 4) Expected jejunum at 35 days of age, ISO had signifi-cantly effect on the number of mast cells of small intestine ( P<0.05) . The expression of genes associated with flavonoid biosynthesis and its regulation in petal, pollen, dormant and sprouting buds of tea plants were analyzed by differential gene expression. The results showed that flavonoid biosynthetic genes were highly expressed in petal, dormant and sprouting buds, but rarely expressed in pollen, which is consistent with the distribution of flavonoids in tea plant. Furthermore, twelve genes in MYB, bHLH, MADS, GST, WD40 and Homeodomain gene families were identified to be correlated with flavonoid biosynthesis in petal. Nine genes were found to be involved in the regulation of flavonoid biosynthesis in tea buds. These results will be a basis for further understanding the mechanism of flavonoid biosynthetsis and regulation in Camellia sinensis.

Objective To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria by hot water immersion method. Methods The extracting time, temperature and ratio of water were chosen as influencing factors, and based on results of single factor experiments, the analytical levels of these 3 factors were established. Experimental scheme was designed by central composite of response surface methodology. Results Taking extraction ratio of flavonoids as response, a mathematics model was established. The opti-mum scheme of extraction technology for rein was obtained, including extraction temperature 89℃, extraction time 70 min, and material-water ratio 1:55 (mL/g). In addition, the interaction analysis between 2 factors was analyzed. Conclusion This research provided a certain theoretical instrument and application value for the extraction of flavonoids in Scutellaria baicalensis.
