The effects of different dosage of waterborne epoxy acrylate, waterborne urethane acrylate and aqueous reactive diluent on the properties of UV curable coating were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that when the ratio of waterborne epoxy acrylate and waterborne polyurethane acrylate is 3∶7, the dosage of aqueous reactive diluent is 12%, the mechanical properties of the coating is excellent, the gel ratio is more than 90%, the water absorption is 2.36%, and the breakdown strength attains 100 MV/m.

A kind of preparation method of aerosol water-based acrylic coatings was introduced. Self-made epoxy modified water-based acrylic resin was used as basic material;the aerosol water-based acrylic coatings were prepared. The effect of hard/soft monomer ratio on the film performance was studied as well as the effect of basic material/dimethyl ether ratio on the construction performance of the coatings, the performance of prepared coatings was tested. The results show that when the hard/soft monomer ratio is 36:31(mass fraction),and the water-based acrylate coatings/dimethyl ether ratio is 220/80(g), the comprehensive performance of prepared aerosol water-based acrylic coatings is the best.
