Clinical professionals of Chinese medicine ( CM) are of general characteristics in practice, CM Tutelage ( master-appren-tice) mode is an important approach to general CM practitioner training. Combining tutelage with CM education and academic de-velopment, " rooted in classic, acquired in faction, studied in clinical cases" was proposed as the core elements of CM practitioner training and the key in helping to understand the CM thinking, practise CM theory and enhance clinical CM ability. This paper discussed and constructed the integrative teaching system of traditional CM apprentice education and modern higher CM education for the training of general CM practitioners.

Objective:To investigate knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in TCM Hospital nursing staff;explore the related factors. Methods: convenience sampling method issuing questionnaires, survey was a Chinese University Hospital nursing staff. Results TCM knowledge average response rate was 67% correct. Nurses TCM positive attitude. TCM exercise behavior less frequently. Chinese medicine for nurses'' attitudes, knowledge and behavior factors that have a significant impact as to whether participated medicine training, whether graduated from Chinese institutions, seniority. Conclusion: it should focus on the training of nurses TCM knowledge, thereby strengthening medicine emotional and behavioral medicine.

Objective:Establish a synthetic assessment system of clinical nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) suitable for TCM hospitals. Methods: Six dimensions were included in the system, which are service capacity of TCM nursing, specialism building of TCM nursing, tiered academic cultivation of TCM nursing, nursing safety, nursing quality, and achievements in research and teaching. The system was used to synthetically assess TCM nursing. Results:After four years'' work, assessment of TCM nursing has primarily become scientific and standardized. Conclusions:Establishment of synthetic assessment system for TCM nursing stimulated the building of the specialism and improved professional skills.
