The selection of adhesive, mica paper and reinforcing material of a dry mica tape reinforced by e-glass cloth with the thickness of 0.11 mm and its manufacturing process were introduced, and the factors influencing the electric strength, tensile strength and permeability of the dry mica tape were ana-lyzed. The results show that through selecting EW32 e-glass cloth and mica paper with penetration time of 14~15 s and controlling the adhesive content to 8%,the prepared dry mica tape has good using tech-nology and comprehensive properties, which can satisfy the application requirements of motor in vacuum pressure impregnating.

The effects of three inorganic fillers (talc, sericite, calcium carbonate) on UV irradiation resistance of homo-polypropylene (PPH), block-polypropylene (PPB) and random-polypropylene (PPR) were studied by melt blending, and the microstructure and macro-properties of the composites were characterized by chromatic aberration, stereomicroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), et al. The results show that the blend systems containing PPB exhibit the highest UV irradiation resistance. The interfacial bonding property between calcium carbonate and the PP matrix is relatively poor compared to that between lamellar talc or sericite and the PP matrix. The carbonyl indexes of PPH/sericite, PPB/sericite and PPR/sericite are 0.11, 0.14 and 0.02, respectively. PPR/sericite has higher UV irradiation resistance owing to its lowest carbonyl index in comparison with those of the other two composites.

Application of combined collectors in flotation of lepidolite were researched, and the object is the gravity concentration tailing of Yichun Tantalum&Niobium mine. The experiments showed:when LZ-00 dispensed by ourselves and mixed amine combined with mass ratio of 2:1 was used in lepidolite flotation, the flotation indexes is the best, and the optimum dosage is 360 g/t. Using the combined collector and the flotation flowsheet of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging got the lepidolite concentrate with grade 4.12%, recovery 70.37%. It had a remarkable upgrading compared with the target of ore dressing plant. Infrared spectrum showed mineral surface existed chemical adsorption and physical adsorption and hydrogen bonding simultaneously when using LZ-00 and mixed amine to flotation lepidolite.

Based on the basic performance and main physical indexes of mica fiber, the paper develops a new kind of cool jacquard knitted fabric on single circular knitting machine by using 14.8 tex of mica fiber. It intro-duces in detail the knitting technology including raw material’s specification, equipment parameters, fabric struc-ture, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, and the dyeing and finishing technology. In addition, the basic tech-nical parameters are given. The results show that this kind of new jacquard fabric possesses good wearing comfort properties and cool effect, as well as excellent odor absorption and anti-UV function, which is suitable for develop-ing cool, environment-friendly and functional knitted fabric in summer.

Binary granite,which has a thickness of more than 190m,has been found at depth in Gougualei of Limu ore-field lately by bore hole survey.Base on the petrographic analysis and comparative analysis of binary granite and upper muscovite granite,this paper believes that the upper part of the granite of second phase is muscovite granite which turns to be binary granite at depth through phase transition.The muscovite granite in the upper and middle part of the rock body is mainly formed by binary granite through alteration and replacement but is not formed by gravitational separation crystallization.Its grade of alteration is as the same as that of K-feldspathization zone which locates at the lower part of mineralization alteration zone of mineralbearing granite mass in this area.The alteration of lithofacies of Nonporphyritic muscovite granite is the strongest among K-feldspathization zone and its location is the nearest to main mineralization alteration zone. In this paper ,a simplified thermal equivalent model of the flake filler reinforced composite was established based on equivalent thermal resistance and corresponding equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient formula is derived .Take the mica plate used to fill polylactic acid for example .A three-dimen-sion steady-state thermal conduction unit model for polylactic acid/mica composite is made through ANSYS software with mica volume fraction of 11% .The process of thermal flux transferring to thickness direction and radial direction of the mica plate is simulated .The results show that when thermal flux flowed along the axial direction of the mica plate ,equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient of the composite gained through ANSYS simulation more approached the predicted value gained through the formula ;when ther-mal flux flowed along the radial direction of the mica plate ,as mica volume fraction rose ,the predicted val-ue of equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient of the co
