国家与社会互动理论研究一直是学术界的一个热点,但学术界还较少关注国家底层与社会群体之间的互动逻辑。国家底层不同于国家,它是国家与社会直接衔接的重要层面,它在与社会群体的互动过程中会有怎样的逻辑与原则,这是值得我们深入探讨的。在这一互动过程中围绕国家及其政策、国家底层和社会群体三个主体,形成了国家逻辑、科层制逻辑和社会逻辑,并伴随着深刻的行为意义,而这三个逻辑交织在一起也使得国家底层与社会群体之间的互动变得复杂多样。
Though the study of the theory of interaction between the state and society has always been a hot topic, less attention has been paid to the logic of interaction between the bottom of the state and social groups. Different from the state,the bottom of the state is an important direct connection between the state and society. What logics and principles it follows when it interacts with social groups is worthwhile for exploration. In the interactive process, the national logic,the bureaucratic logic and the social logic are formed around the three subjects of state and its policies,the bottom of the state and social groups,which are of profound behavior significance. And the intertexture of these three logics makes the interaction between the bottom of the state and social groups diverse and complex.

The narrative skills of Virginia’s “Stream-of-Consciousness”novel To the Lighthouse are mainly reflected in taking human feelings as narrative objects,the use of indirect character monologue and psychological dialogue,indefinite multi-focus and the perfect combination of psychological time and real time.On the basis of transitivity theories and the text world theory,a cognitive narrative theoretical framework is proposed and some excerpts from the novel are analyzed,and it is concluded that transitivity analysis shows readers the object of narration, the narrator is the clue for the understanding of indirect character monologue and psychological dialogue,and text world transfer is the key step in the writer-reader interaction,thus providing a functional-cognitive perspective for the study of the narrative strategies of “Stream-of-Consciousness”novels and diminishing the reading difficulties of these novels on the standpoint of the readers.
