Based on the study of the application of history cloud data,this paper set up an application model (the history cloud data programme method)for the regional remote sensing satellite data acquisition model.Test was designed based on the history cloud data of Fengyun meteorological satellite,and the experimental results illustrate that the regional remote sensing satellite data acquisition model would select the images of low history cloud in the case of using the history cloud data.The history cloud data programme method provides an effective way for improving the efficiency of optical remote sensing satellite data collection.

With the popularization of high resolution remote sensing data of domestic satellite in such fields as land resources, geology, and environment, domestic high - resolution remote sensing data are likely to become the preferred data source for monitoring the development status of mining areas in the near future. Using the ZY-1 02C and GF -1 images, the authors designed an integrated solution for geodatabase building of remote sensing images, image processing, geometric correction, information extraction, spatial calculation, statistical analysis, and final mapping production, and successfully applied such means to the related work in Tibet. The results achieved by the authors can increase the depth and scope of the application of the domestic satellite remote sensing data, and provide technical support and paradigms for large -scale and multi -period dynamic remote sensing monitoring of mines.

with the increase of Remote Sensing Satellite ( RSS) ,the scheduling demands and constraints become more and more complicated,it is necessary to establish a scheduling system for optimal allocation of satellites resources. In order to satisfy the specific constraints and demands as well as the expansibility of RSS scheduling system,a two-stage method is adopted in scheduling. Firstly,an expert system is adopted to determine the satellites’ working modes;then a repair method based on GA is applied to complete the satel?lite resource allocation procedure and an architecture based on SOA for RSS scheduling system is designed and implemented. The experimental results show that the proposed framework can effectively not only improve the flexibility and expandability of the satellite scheduling system but also reduce the expansion complexity.

Under the circumstance that the artificial generation of the demand for satellite imagery in remote satellite application is more and more difficult,the field concept and expert knowledge involved in the conversion from the demand for client remote sensing applica-tion to satellite imagery is deeply analyzed and a method of satellite imagery demand conversion based on ontology and rule is proposed. By building the ontology of satellite imaging demands conversion,the conceptual model is established. And adding the expert knowledge to the ontology in form of rules as the basis of conversion,the conversion of imagery demand is realized by taking the advantage of ontol-ogy reasoning. With this method,the burden of manually generating imaging demands on users can effectively relieved,the difficulty for applying the satellite programming data is greatly reduced and the satellite remote sensing applications will be more convenient than be-fore.

The relationship between satellite remote sensing parameters and haze pollution indexes was presented. We introduce methods for retrieving haze index and level of air quality index ( AQI ) and illustrate design of the relevant haze monitoring system, based on satellite-derived aerosol optical depth data from the moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer. It is showed that satellite remote sensing can well represent change of haze pollution levels, discover possible transport paths, and reveal macroscopically spatial distribution of haze pollution. During the survey period, by comparison with in situ AQI of air quality monitoring stations, it is found that about 88% of satellite remote sensing results show uncertainties less than 1 AQI level and the average bias from station measurement is about 0. 7 AQI level, and the reasons of differences between satellite remote sensing and ground monitoring are also discussed.
