介绍了PaperBox软件及其定制参考文献著录格式、规范参考文献的引用，实现基于云的文献存储和共享，实时引用文献，对关注领域的主题进行实时新文献提醒和跟踪文献更新，简便、快速地管理文献和提高工作效率等功能。

Described in this paper are the PaperBox and the application of its functions in management of scientific journals, such as making the descriptive format of references, standardizing the citations of references, implementing cloud-based literature storage and sharing, real time citing literature, real time calling attention to novel literature on the focused subject, keeping abreast of the updated literature, simply and rapidly managing literature, and improving working efficiency.

结合编辑工作实践,从责任者项、题名项和出处项三个方面列举了学术论文中常见的参考文献著录内容错误,分析了这些错误常见的原因,并提出了要从改革管理部门的评价标准、加强作者和编者对参考文献著录的重视等方面减少参考文献著录内容错误。

With the editorial work practice, the common academic reference recording errors and the common reason of these errors were analyzed from the three aspects of the responsible item, title items and source items.The countermeasures of minimize reference recording content errors were provided,we should reform the evaluation criteria of the management department, strengthen the attention of reference recording content.

运用文献计量方法,由工程索引(Ei)检索出1985—2008年间关于弧齿锥齿轮、准双曲面齿轮的研究文献,从文献量、文献种类、文献语种、载文年代、论文学科分类、著者等方面对检索出的文献进行了定量分析;借助于Scopus引文索引,对检索出的文献(截至2011年1月31号)做了引用情况分析。这些分析无论对研究者还是对科研管理部门都有一定的参考价值。

In this paper,the literatures of the research on spiral bevel gear and hypoid gear during the years of 1985—2008 are retrieved from Ei database.A large scale of quantitative analysis from many aspects as amount,document type,language,year,classification,author and so on are carried out by the method of bibliometrics.With the aid of Scopus citation index in Ei,the analysis of the citation situation about the literatures of the research on the spiral bevel gear and hypoid gear is made up to January 31,2011.Thus a strategy of the development of the spiral bevel gear and hypoid gear can be drawn up.And these have certain reference valve for the researchers and management department.

目的 探究我国在专科护士领域的研究现状,为培养和管理专科护理人才提供参考.方法 采用文献计量学方法,对收录在中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中文科技期刊数据库和中文科技期刊数据库中与专科护士有关的文献进行检索,对其文献数量、年度变化、文献类别、研究对象等进行分析.结果 共纳入符合标准的文献718篇,最早一篇为1992年综述类文献,而后文献数量逐年递增,文献以经验总结和综述类为主,ICU、手术室、急诊、糖尿病、肿瘤领域专科护士为研究热点.结论 我国关于专科护士的探索已在全国开展,但在定位、培训、认证、岗位管理等方面均缺少统一标准,亟待探索适合我国国情的专科护理人员发展之路.

Objective To describe the current status and existing problems on the specialist nurse in China and provide references for nurse management.Methods The following databases were searched:Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (SinoMed),China Academic Journal database,Chinese Science and Technology journals database,using the key words "specialty nurse","clinical nurse specialist" and "advanced practice nurse".Strict inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied.Results Seven hundred and eighteen papers were eligible for inclusion.The earliest paper was published in 1992,then the number increased yearly.Most of the papers were reviews or summaries of experience,and the hotspot were about the nurse specialist in ICU,operating room,emergency,oncology and diabetes department.Conclusions The attempt about nurse specialist have been carried out in the whole country,but further improvement and practice are needed to solve the existing problems such as the definition,training,certific

针对安踏营运资金管理问题,利用比较分析和文献归纳等方法,分析了安踏营运资金管理存在的问题以及营运资金管理的影响因素,提出完善货币资金的预算管理、健全信用管理体系、提高存货管理系统的效率及完善库存监控等策略。研究结果为安踏公司提高营运资金管理水平提供参考。

In view of the issues in Anta working capital management, comparative analysis and literature induction were adopted to study the problems and the influencing factors in Anta’s working capital management. Proposals are presented in improving budget manage-ment of monetary fund, credit management system, efficiency of inventory management sys-tem and inventory control. The results provide a reference for Anta to improve working capital management level.
