以内蒙古金泉工业园区水源地为研究区,在已有地下水流数值模拟模型基础上,采用拉丁超立方抽样方法,获取输入(抽水量)数据集和输出(地下水位降深)数据集,运用双响应面方法,建立了地下水流数值模拟模型的替代模型——双响应面模型。经验证,双响应面模型计算出的地下水水位降深均值与地下水流数值模拟模型计算出的地下水水位降深均值的平均相对拟合误差为0.22%,地下水水位降深剩余标准差的平均相对拟合误差为0.03%,相对拟合误差都比较小,说明所建立的双响应面模型可以有效地替代地下水流数值模拟模型,这为地下水资源优化管理中替代模型的建立提供了有效的科学论证。
Jinquan Industrial Park groundwater sources in Neimenggu was selected as the study area ,based upon numerical simulation model of groundwater in this study ,Latin Hypercube Sampling was used to obtain input (pumping) and output(water level draw-down) data sets ,and multiple regression analytic method was proposed to establish an surrogate model of the groundwater numerical model ,namely dual response surface model .The fitting mean relative error of mean groundwater level drawdown obtained by dual response surface model and numerical simulation model of groundwater was 0 .22% ,and the fitting mean relative error of the remai-ning average relative standard deviation of groundwater level drawdown was 0 .03% .So the fitting error was small ,which indicated that the dual response surface model can effectively replace groundwater numerical model .This provides an effective scientific basis for establishing management surrogate model of resource optimization of groundwater .
为提高自动炮武器系统发射动力学模型精度,基于实弹射击试验建立支持向量机响应面,对仿真模型进行了修正。应用有限元分析方法建立了炮身管结构和炮塔结构有限元模型,基于武器系统各部件间的约束关系建立了步兵战车刚柔耦合发射动力学模型;基于相同边界条件,选取自动炮连发射击中典型结构的振动特性搭建了测试系统并进行了实弹射击试验;针对仿真数据与试验数据误差,引入支持向量机响应面方法对步兵战车刚柔耦合发射动力学模型进行了修正。修正结果表明,基于支持向量机响应面模型修正方法大幅提高了自动炮武器系统发射动力学模型的精度,更准确地反映了自动炮射击过程中的机构动态特性。
The automatic gun firing dynamics model was built up and the simulation model was updated by use of the support vector machine response surface method based on the actual firing experiment so as to analyze the influence factor of firing precision.The finite element models of the gun barrel structure and turret structure were established by means of finite element analysis method,and the rigid-flexible cou-pled firing dynamics models of the infantry combat vehicle were set up based on the restricted relationship between components and joints of the weapon system.The test system was established and the actual fir-ing experiment was carried out by use of picking up the typical structure vibration characteristics in the burst firing of automatic gun based on the same boundary conditions.Aimed at the errors between the simula-tion data and the test data,the automatic gun firing dynamics model was updated.The updating results showed that the model updating method can increase the precision o

The finite element model to calculate the unbalance response of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical turbine with single bearing support was set up.The unbalance response during run up process was calculated and analyzed.The response difference between single-bearing support unit and double-bearing support unit was compared.It is pointed out that single support bearings at two sides of the rotor can be treated as double supports of the rotor.The unbalance plane and unbalance mode can be analyzed from the vibration of these bearings.The vibration coupling between rotors is significant,especially at rotor resonance zone.If operation speed is far away from critical speeds,the coupling effect is not distinct.The phase lag between the unbalance couple and vibration at operation speed is usually larger than 120 degree though the 2nd critical speed is far less than the operation speed.A high speed dynamic balance test was done for the 1000 MW unit in field.The calculated results were verified.

Based on the chaos synchronization between two pairs of corresponding linear polarization modes in two 1550 nm vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (1550 nm-VCSELs) subject to optical injection of common chaotic signals, a novel bidirectional and dual-channel long-distance chaos secure communication system is proposed. The chaotic synchronization characteristics, bidirectional dual-channel communication performance, and the influences of the fiber channel on the message transmission are numerically investigated. Results show that, driven by a common chaotic signal generated from a driver VCSEL (D-VCSEL), two pairs of responding linear polarization modes in two response 1550nm-VCSELs (R-VCSELs) can be synchronized completely and isochronally. Meanwhile, the synchronization coefficients between the two pairs of responding linear polarization modes in D-VCSEL and R-VCSELs are low. In order to study the features of simultaneous varieties of galloping for iced-bundled conductor, a nonlinear dynamic model considering coupling effect of in-plane, out-of-plane and the torsion vibrations of iced-bundled conductor was developed. Galerkin integral method and Routh-Hurwitz criterion were introduced to obtain the stable and unstable region in parametric space. The reduced equations of galloping model were determined through central manifold theory. Then by regarding bifurcation parameters as state variables, Hopf bifurcation equations sectional solution of reduced system were calculated with the help of normal form theory in polar coordinates. The results show that the stability and galloping responses in double-parametric space of iced transmission line can be determined reliably and precisely.

Aimming at flight attitude difficult to quickly adjust and parameter perturbation problems when rotating target missile fly at low altitude, inner and outer rings of the method of double SMVSC is adopted to design dual?channel controller for rotating target missile. Based on the nonlinear model of rotating target missile, the paper designs an integral sliding surface for rapidly changing attack angle and sideslip angle and slowly varying height and yaw distance respectively, buffeting is reduced by using index reaching law. It is proved to be stable by using Lyapunov stability theory. The designed control method is proved that it can quickly and accurately respond to control commands and exhibit strong robustness when parameter perturbate.

On the basis of single factor experiments,the reaction conditions of furfural production from xylose using chromium sulfate as catalyst in biphasic system was studied by response surface methodology(RSM). A central composite design(CCD)was used to determine the effects of independent variables,including reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst loading and xylose concentra-tion on furfural yield. The surface response analysis revealed that all the variables selected in this study had a strong influence on the furfural yield,and the order of signficance was reaction temperature≈reaction time>xylose concentration>catalyst loading. The maximum furfural yield of 44. 25%was achieved at a reaction temperature of 150℃ for 118min,xylose concentration of 0. 5mol· L-1 ,catalyst loading of 0. 1mol·L-1 . The quadratic regression model was consistent with the experimental data under the optimum condition and the model was reliable.

The viable probiotic count is the key factor to functionality of fermented milk. It is very important for the milk industry to improve the number of viable bacteria in its final products. Lactobacillus casei and Bifidobacterium were blended using them as a starter culture for fermented milk to achieve a high viable probiotic count. In order to test the accuracy of the dynamic response of pavement,calculated based on the theoretical model,a new test rig was proposed.With the help of experimental and numerical simulation,the dynamic response of pavement under moving load was investigated.The vehicle-pavement test rig includes a vehicle model and a distributed stiffness pavement-roadbed model,and the vehicle model was simplified as a quarter of resonance source vehicle model. The dynamic response of distributed of stiffness pavement under moving resonance load and shock excitement were analysed respectively.The results show that the designed test rig is usable,and the experiment results can meet closely with the numerical results.
