The structure of ABB transducer ACS800 is complex,and the transducer requires long maintenance period for trouble-shooting,which causes machines to be shutdown for a long time. The failure-free operation of equipment can be guaranteed by summarizing the experiences in transducer repair and analyzing common faults as well as the corresponding solutions for recent years.

通过对变频器控制电路及变频调速技术基本原理的论述,分析了变频器的常见故障,认为,高次谐波对变频器产生的影响、外部电磁感应干扰及充电启动电路故障等是变频器的主要故障现象,并提出了解决措施。

This article has discussed the basic theory about the control circuit of inverter and the speed-controlling technology, and analyzed usual fault of inverter including the interference of external electromagnetism filed and the fault of charging active circuit. Based on the analyses, some solutions about the fault have been presented.

针对变频器控制系统中对多厂商变频器兼容的需求，对变频器的参数设定和硬件组态进行了分析，实现了施耐德变频器、富士变频器与西门子S7-300PLC之间进行Profibus-DP通讯，并通过网络化的手段实现了多种变频器的启动、停止、速度给定和反馈等各项功能，达到施工简单、运行可靠、维护方便的目的。该套基于Profibus-DP通讯方案的实际应用值得在其他领域推广。

Aiming at the compatible needs for inverters of multiple vendors in the inverter control system, the Profibus-DP communications between Schneider inverters, Fuji inverters and Siemens PLC were achieved by the inverter parameters setting and the inverter hardware configuration, the functions of starting, stopping, speed setting and speed feedback of multiple inverters also could be completed in network, so the purpose of simple construction, reliable operation, easy maintenance was achieved. The actual application based on Profibus-DP communications solution is worth to promote in the other field.
