First, various problems in theoretic line loss calculation methods for low-voltage distribution areas are analyzed. Second, assuming that low-voltage distribution areas are equipped with e-nough meter devices, the paper put forward a theoretical line loss calculation method for low-voltage transformer areas, which considers affecting factors such as load fluctuations, three-phase load unbalance, low-voltage reactive power com-pensation and single-phase/three-phase/three-phase four-wire hybrid power supply.
