Scientiifc connotation of the harmonious ties between the party and the masses includes three aspects: Inner unity of the consolidating the Party’s ruling status and the support of people to the Party; Inner unity of the ruling idea and the people’s needs; Inner unity of Party’s governance performance and its result sharing with people. It is highly disputable in the literary field as to the interpretation of the “fragment” of Coleridge ’ s famous poem Kubla Khan.Although the whole poem seems to be incoherent in meaning , it is in fact closely related and consistent;striking as the images are, they are harmonious and inter-locking as a whole;irregular as the meter and scheme are , the form and content are complementary , and the acoustic effect abounds with harmonious rhythms .The poem, which is full of contradictory meanings and attempts to seek har-mony in the fragments with the rich imagination , has become the treasure in the romantic poetry .
