职业教育国际化是现代社会尤其是现代经济发展的客观需求。中等职业教育要顺利实现国际化,首先是领导者要有国际化意识、国际化观念、国际化思想和国际化管理能力,这样才有可能主动参与职业教育国际化,推进中等职业教育国际化的进程。杨凌职业技术学院这几年举办陕西省中等职业学校校长国际化培训经验充分证实了这一点。

Internationalization of vocational education is an object demand for modern economy and society .In order to realize internation-alization for secondary vocational education ,the leader should have internationalized awareness ,idea ,thought ,and management ability to take part in the internationalization of vocational education ,to promote its process .The paper takes the international training for principals of secondary vocational schools held in Yangling Vocational and Technical College for an example .

Under the background of internationalization of cultural exchanges and higher education , realizing the internationalization of local colleges and universities is the trend of the time . Exploring the internationalized devolopment of local university from the cultural perspective can explictly reveal that local traditional culture is closely tied to the internationalized development of local colleges and universities . It can influence the course of the internationalized development of local universities and show its special characteristics . It also helps to understand the influence of culture on the development of the internationalization of local universities . T his paper aims to make an analysis of the influencing cultural factors to furhter demonstrate the culture’ s function as a promoting force in the internationalization of local colleges and universities in China .

The internationalization of human resources of the faculty members and students, of the teaching materials and methodology and of the financial resources is the effort made by International College, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Our College depends on the University for tapping the whole of teacher resources, spreading the culture values and traditions, pushing ahead with a program-based cooperation with its counterparts overseas, valuing the multiple characteristics, and improving its internationalized teaching and quality education offered to students. While exploring the way to improve its internationalized teaching, it is necessary to attach importance to the reciprocal exchange of students, to improve in a step-by-step manner the academic communication and cooperation between our College and its counterparts overseas and to add to the internationalization of its teaching assessment system.

地方高校开展和推进国际化办学是高等教育发展的必然趋势,是区域经济社会发展的必然要求,也是地方高校形成办学特色的必然选择。我国地方高校的国际化办学步伐已经启动,取得了良好的开局,但也存在国际化办学理念误读、缺乏战略规划、层次不高、中外合作办学推进困难、师资国际化程度低等问题。面对新形势,地方高校有必要重新自我审视,修正国际化办学理念,做好国际化顶层设计,提高国际化办学层次,开拓中外合作办学项目,建设国际化师资队伍,将国际化办学水平推进到一个新的高度。

Promoting international education is an inevitable trend for local colleges and universities of higher vocational education and a necessary requirement from the regional economic and social development. The in-ternationalization of local colleges and universities has gone a good step, but problems have also emerged such as misreading of the international education concept, lacking of strategic planning, being difficult in promoting Sino-foreign educational cooperation, etc. Therefore, local colleges and universities will have to work hard to promote the international education to a new height.

响应Jones和Coviello的以多个理论为基础、构建综合性研究模型的呼吁,文章在相关文献综述的基础上,首先对企业家因素和国际化行为进行了整体构造,然后结合中国企业国际化实际,以战略管理理论、资源基础和国际化理论为基础,构架了一个综合的企业家对中国企业国际化影响的概念框架。该框架的基本内容是:企业家特点和行为共同影响中国企业国际化行为;中国企业国际化行为影响企业国际化绩效;企业国际化绩效反过来又影响企业家特点和企业家行为。

To respond to the requirement of Jones and Coviello’s integrating multiple theoretical perspectives to develop a gen-eral model, this paper constructs the entrepreneur and internationalization behavior variables based on the literature reviews about the impact of entrepreneurs on firm’s internationalization,then it proposes a conceptual framework of the impact of entre-preneurs on Chinese enterprises’internationalization behavior according to integrating theory of strategic management, re-source base view and internationalization with the concrete realities of Chinese enterprises. The major contents of the conceptual framework are as follows:entrepreneur’s traits and behaviors influence Chinese enterprises’internationalization behavior;Chi-nese enterprises’internationalization behavior also influences its performance;the enterprise’s performance of internationaliza-tion in turn influences the entrepreneurs’traits and behaviors.
