为提高我国制造企业开展国际化经营绩效水平,采用183家开展国际业务的制造企业调查数据对组织学习过程与企业国际化成长绩效间的关系进行了实证分析,将组织学习过程解构为知识获取、知识扩散、知识整合及知识应用,分析了知识交易在提升制造企业国际化成长绩效过程中的中介作用,并应用结构方程模型进行了假设检验.研究结果表明:知识交易对制造企业国际化成长绩效的直接影响最大;组织学习过程中知识获取对知识交易和企业国际化成长绩效的作用最大;知识交易在知识获取、知识应用与制造企业国际化成长绩效中起到部分中介作用,而在知识扩散、知识整合与制造企业国际化成长绩效中起到完全中介作用.
In order to improve the internationalized performance of the manufacturing enterprises, this paper de-scribes an empirical analysis of the survey data of 183 manufacturing enterprises with international business by means of the structural equation modeling between the internationalized growth performance of enterprises and the organizational learning process which consisted of knowledge acquisition, knowledge diffusion, knowledge integra-tion and knowledge application. The emphasis was put on the mediation effects of knowledge trade in the process of raising the internationalized growth performance of manufacturing enterprises, and the structural equation model was used to test it. The top management teams(TMT) exert key effects on enterprises internationalization. This paper explores the critical role of the international experience of TMT on internationalization of private enterprises through identifying two kinds of key strategic factor. And empirically finds, using data came from 267 Chinese private enterprises, TMT interna-tional experience not only exerts direct impacts on international performance, but also takes indirect effects on interna-tional performance of private enterprises under the mediating effect of strategic intention and international market entry strategy. This article presents the results of comparative case studies conducted in four Chinese manufacturing firms to explore the impact mechanism of degree of internationalization on innovation performance. The findings break through the traditional resources-based view and organizational learning theory and show that degree of inter-nationalization is associated with the emergence of opportunity-recognizing capability and opportunity-capitalizing capability which in turn are seen to have implications for innovation performance. This study grounds the applica-bility of the dynamic capability theory within the domain of degree of internationalization and innovation, and the theoretical model can enrich the research on the relationship between degree of internationalization and innovation performance.
虽然国际化扩张行为对企业绩效的影响具有情境性和边界条件,但过去很多学者都将目光集中在对企业国际化扩张与绩效之间主效应关系的研究上,忽略了对边界条件的探索。文章分别从两种不同类型的网络连带出发,通过对江苏省115家企业的实证研究,探讨了商业连带和政治连带是如何调节企业国际化扩张与绩效之间关系的。研究结果表明:政治连带正向调节企业国际化扩张与绩效之间关系,且它的调节作用要高于商业连带对主效应的调节作用。我们的研究结果进一步提升了学界对企业国际化扩张对绩效影响机制的理解,为今后的研究奠定了基础。
Though the impact of international expansion on enterprise performance has situations and boundary conditions, the previous researches focused on the main effect relationship between the two and ignored the study of boundary conditions. From the perspective of two different types of network ties,through the empirical research on 115 enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the paper explores how business tie and political tie moderate the relationship between international expansion and enterprise performance. The results show that political tie has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between international expan-sion and enterprise performance, and is stronger than that of business tie. The study enhances further scholars’ understand-ing on the mechanism of international expansion on enterprise performance, and lays the foundation for the future research.

To respond to the requirement of Jones and Coviello’s integrating multiple theoretical perspectives to develop a gen-eral model, this paper constructs the entrepreneur and internationalization behavior variables based on the literature reviews about the impact of entrepreneurs on firm’s internationalization,then it proposes a conceptual framework of the impact of entre-preneurs on Chinese enterprises’internationalization behavior according to integrating theory of strategic management, re-source base view and internationalization with the concrete realities of Chinese enterprises. The major contents of the conceptual framework are as follows:entrepreneur’s traits and behaviors influence Chinese enterprises’internationalization behavior;Chi-nese enterprises’internationalization behavior also influences its performance;the enterprise’s performance of internationaliza-tion in turn influences the entrepreneurs’traits and behaviors.

Innovation is the motivation and origin of enterprise development,but not all firms are able to reap rewards from innovation.As evidence from empirical studies reveals the vast variance in the return of innovation,the variance is tried to explain from the standpoint of internationalization.Initially,the relationship between innovation and firm performance is discussed,and then based on the technological capability theories,the study explains how and why the Degree Of Internationalization(DOI) has the influences on the return of innovation and a corresponding theoretical model is established.Through the empirical research on the panel data of 49 industrial enterprises in Hubei Province,it is found that the DOI is an important moderator of the relationship between innovation and performance;internationalization enhances a firm's capacity to improve performance through innovation.Firms with different level of DOI differ considerably in the return of innovation.

With the rapid development of the global economy, Chinese enterprises have begun to carry out international operations. Studying on the effects of internationalization performance factors and their model of actions can help companies gain advantage in their international competition. This paper studied the relations between top management team’s characteristics and the performances of international companies, and then from two angles of variables means and heterogeneity, we establish a multiple regression equation. According to the empirical results, the paper made some recommendations from the perspective of top management team to develop international business.
