Objective prepare shuxiong sublingual tablet and study the sublingual mucosa permeation enhancer .Methods The sublingual tablets was made by lactose ,mannitol and MCC orthogonal test .According to central composite design-response surface methodolo-gy, drug vitro permeation tests were performed in Frank diffusion cell .The accumulation transmittance of Ginsenoside Rg 1 concentration in samples was determined by HPLC.Results The sublingual tablet was made by dry extract powders:lactose and mannitol(1:9):MCC=6:8:0.5.The best complex accelerators were composed of 2 percent Azone, 2 percent Oleic acid and 5 percent menthol.Conclusions Shux-iong sublingual tablet preparation process is reasonable and composite membrane agent penetration effect is stable .

Findings show that compound verbs with identical latter parts may belong to lexical compound verbs and syntactic compound verbs. Classifica-tion and substitution are two methods to distinguish the two compound verbs. Lexical com-pound verbs are those whose latter part is one of the 30 words—parts of syntactic com-pound verbs and those that won’t change the sentence meaning when their former and the latter parts are respectively put into the sentence with compound verbs. With sentence meanings changed, the verb is a lexical compound verb. However, the compound verb with these 30 words as the latter part may still be syntactic compound verbs.

Taking agroforestry pattern in Licheng as example ,economic benefit of 16 agroforestry solid culturation patterns which were formed with walnut , Zanthoxylun bungeanum and Diospyros lotus was analyzed in past three years and economic benefit was evaluated with the net present value .The results showed that invested cost were lower in the pattern of Zanthox-ylum bungeagum than the pattern of walnut and Diospyros lotus and its income was higher than the others .The economic benefits were the highest of Zanthoxylum bungeagum-Isatidis Radix in forest-medicinal patterns .The economic benefits of Zanthoxylum bungeagum-Setaria italica ecomonic pattern were the highest in forest-grain patterns .The economic benefits of Walnut capsicum annuum ecomonic pattern were the highest in forest-economic patterns .

The paper prepares a new kind of waterproof and moisture permeable composite knitted fabric by us-ing 2+2 interlock fabric, hot melt rubber TPU and PU film as basic materials by laminated composite method. And it analyzes the tensile, the drapability, the air-permeability properties and the waterproof and moisture perme-able effect of 2+2 interlock fabric, PU film and composite fabric, as well as the impacts of amount of TPU, com-posite temperature and pressure on the various performance of composite fabric. The results show that the tensile strength properties of composite fabric has improved but the drapability properties has actually lowered; the water-proof effect of composite fabric is better than interlock fabric obviously; while the air -permeability and moisture-permeability properties are worse than PU film. The composite effect of which can achieve the best under the amount of TPU of 32g/m2, the composite pressure of 8 MPa and the composite temperature of 80 ℃.

Based on two groups of four-pile field tests on a multi-type-pile composite foundation, the pile-soil stress, load sharing mechanism and its development character of the multi-type-pile composite foundation are analyzed. Based on the test results of horizontal displacement of deep soils in multi-type-pile stress and loading process, the theory of stress diffusion angle of the multi-type-pile composite foundation is discussed. The problems of stress compound method in calculating parameters for the bearing capacity of composite foundations are discussed. This work will contribute to the theoretical and technical development of the composite foundation. Moreover, to solve these problems needs effective tests and filed measurements in the future.

In order to study the effect of application of complex microbial fertilizer with humic acid on vegetables, three treatments of base fertilizer with the conventional fertilization as control, compound fertilizer and complex microbial fertilizer with humic acid were used on tomato and pepper. The results showed that the application of microbial fertil-izer with humic acid was beneifcial to improve the agronomic traits of tomato and pepper, and promoted the growth and development of vegetables. Moreover, compared with compound fertilizer, complex microbial fertilizer with humic acid increased the yield of tomato and pepper by 8.7%and 11.1%, and the economic beneift was increased by 21.12%and 27.27%.

目的:为了筛选出适合用于组织工程皮肤的支架材料,采用不同来源的纤维素(木、棉、竹),与壳聚糖以及海藻酸钠等多糖为原料制备了多种复合膜,并表征了其理化性能。方法分别配制木、棉、竹纤维素溶液,海藻酸钠溶液和壳聚糖溶液,分别采用木、棉、竹3种纤维素溶液作为基底,然后依次流延一层壳聚糖和一层海藻酸钠,从而制得3种不同来源的纤维素-壳聚糖-海藻酸盐复合膜。应用荧光倒置显微镜观察3种复合膜的微观形态结构。将复合膜浸泡在生理盐水中,观察复合膜的形态变化来判定复合膜的盐水耐受性。运用接触角分析仪观察并测定不同复合膜与水的接触角的大小及其随时间的变化。结果在荧光倒置显微镜下观察到木纤维素复合膜中的纤维粗而短,棉纤维素复合膜中的纤维粗而长,竹纤维素复合膜中的纤维细而长且交错排列形成网状结构。通过将复合膜浸泡在生理盐水中观察到木纤维素复合膜和棉纤维素复合膜在第15天时出现了裂痕,而竹纤维素复合膜则没有。不同复合膜与水的接触角大小及其随时间的变化表明竹纤维素复合膜的亲水性较好。结论本研究制备了一种以壳聚糖、海藻酸钠、纤维素为原材料的复合膜组织工程皮肤。通过比较3种复合膜的理化性能,结果表明竹纤维基复合膜中的纤维之间容易形成互穿网状结构,所以结合较紧密,盐水耐受性好。
Objective To prepare a variety of complex films with alginate , chitosan , and cel-lulose of different origins in order to identify the optimal film for tissue engineering skin .Methods The sodium alginate , chitosan and cellulose ( cotton, wood and bamboo ) solutions were prepared re-spectively.The complex films were prepared by using the cellulose (cotton, wood and bamboo) film as the basement , and then casting one layer of sodium alginate and another layer of chitosan on the basement in turn.Fluorescence inverted microscopy was used to observe the microstructures of the three kinds of complex films .The complex films were immersed in physiological saline and the mor-phology of the complex films was observed to examine the salt tolerance property .Contact angle ana-lyzer was used to observe contact angles and their changes along with time in water to test their hy -drophilic property.Results The microstructures of the three kinds of complex films under fluores-cence inverted microsc
