目的检测和评估手传振动企业的手传振动危害,初步分析手传振动作业工人冷水复温率的影响因素。方法以广东省五家企业的接振工人为研究对象,现场检测振动接触水平,测定冷水复温率。通过问卷调查,了解不同岗位接振工人的一般情况。分析性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、高血压、接振剂量、不同岗位与冷水复温异常率的关联。结果所检测的48个接振岗位操作中有31个岗位的振动水平A(4)超过我国国家标准规定的5 m/s2,超标率64.6%。按国际上A(8)的分级标准,有28个点达到或超过Ⅰ级危险度。经单因素χ2检验,年龄、吸烟指数、高血压、接振剂量对冷水复温异常影响的差异有统计学意义(P均0.05)。Logistic回归分析发现,年龄≥40岁与冷水复温率关联的比值比(OR)=1.865(P0.05)。吸烟指数600与冷水复温率关联的OR=2.474(P0.05)。高血压与冷水复温率关联的OR=1.231(P0.05)。饮酒指数≤600与冷水复温率关联的OR=0.395(P0.05)。中剂量组、高剂量组与冷水复温率的关联的OR值分别为1.232、2.135(P均0.05)。结论所调查的企业手传振动危害严重。年龄、吸烟、高血压是影响冷水复温率异常的危险因素,饮酒指数≤600是保护因素。接振剂量与冷水复温异常无明显相关。
Objective To assess the hand-transmitted vibration hazards and roughly analyze the affecting factors of cold water rewarming rate among workers exposed to the hand-transmitted vibration. Methods The workers exposed to hand-transmitted vibration from 5 companies in Guangdong Province were studied. The vibration levels and cold water rewarming rates were measured. The general information,including working history and personal status,were collected with the questionnaire. The correlation between gender,age, smoking, drinking, hypertension, dose of vibration,different positions and the abnormal rate of cold water rewarming was analyzed. Results Vibration levels A (4) were detected in 48 operating sites and 31 of them were not compliant with the national standard of 5 m/s2. 背景:虽然对于单一组织的冷冻保存获得了空前的成果,并且已逐渐应用于临床,但是对于合组织的冷冻保存及应用还鲜有研究。 目的:通过实验研究深低冷冻不同复温方法下兔肢体再植后血管形态学变化,找出一种对合组织中血管损伤最小的复温方法,从而为深低处理后断肢再植可行性提供理论依据。 方法:30只健康新西兰大白兔随机数字表法均分为对照组、慢速冷冻-慢速复温组、慢速冷冻-快速复温组,均给予大白兔右后肢自膝上1 cm处离断。慢速冷冻两组复温后均行断肢再植,再植肢体成活6 h后给予再次离断右后下肢。3组兔断肢均取股血管组织采用染色光镜及电镜进行形态学观察及大体观察,光镜病理计分结果用显著性分析。 结果与结论:慢速冷冻-慢速复温组、慢速冷冻-快速复温组兔肢体再植6h后的病理变化(大体标本、光镜、电镜)均较对照组差,但慢速冷冻-慢速复温组与慢速冷冻-快速复温组相比血管内皮细胞完整性较好,细胞器破坏较少。证实,经过深低冷冻-复温处理后兔断肢再植6 h,离断肢体血管组织能保持一定的结构完整性,再植后6h兔肢体获得成活,且慢速冷冻-慢速复温组更为适合离断肢体的保存,为深低处理后离断肢体行断肢再植远期成活可行性提供了依据。
BACKGROUND:The cryopreservation of single tissue has achieved great advancement and is gradual y applied in clinics. However, the cryopreservation of complex tissue is rarely reported. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the morphological change in rabbit limb tissue after replantation through different rewarming methods, find the best rewarming methods of compound textured blood vessels, and provide theoretical basis for the feasibility of limb replantation after long-term cryopreservation. METHODS:Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group, slow freezing-slow thawing group, and slow freezing-rapid thawing group. The right posterior limbs of al the rabbits were cut off 1 cm above the knee joint. Obj ective:To probe into the influence of different rewarming time on immune function of liver cancer patients complicated with hypothermia af-ter hepatectomy.Methods:A total of 90 cases of hypothermia patients were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the rewarming time:A group( 60min),30 cases in each. The hydration and hardening characteristics of duplex phosphogypsum(DPG) prepared by hemihydrate phosphogypsum(HPG) and anhydrite phosphogypsum(APG) were studied through investigating the setting time, strength properties and temperature rise of hydration and by analyzing the XRD spectrum and SEM graphs of the prepared DPG. The results show that APG was activated by HPG, and the heat evolution was accelerated. And the hydration of HPG was retarded by APG, leading to retardation of the heat evolution. Comparing with pure hemihydrates or anhydrite phosphogypsum, the duplex phosphogypsum binder has higher compactness of crystal morphology, lower porosity and better strength of hardened paste.

Eutectoid steel with spheroidal pearlite was processed using subcritical annealing, and eutectoid steel with the microstructure consisting of fine-grained ferrite matrix (α) and cementite particles (θ) , i.e., fine (α+θ) structure, was formed by the warm deformation and divorced eutectoid transformation.The microstructure and the mechanical properties were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy and room-temperature tensile test for eutectoid steel with spheroidal pearlite or fine (α+θ) structure.The results show that fine (α+θ) structure with high spheroidization rate can be obtained by the warm deformation and divorced eutectoid transformation in short time in comparison with subcritical annealing for eutectoid steel.Warm deformation of pearlite and proper temperature and time of austenitizing are critical to obtain a microstructure consisting of austenite and cementite particles suitable for divorced eutectoid transformation.The prolonged isothermal time in

A new method for assisting protein folding by using thermosensitive mixed-shell polymeric micelles (MSPMs) as artificial chaperone was introduced.Three kinds of novel thermosensitive MSPMs with different ratios of PLA-b-PEG and PLA-b-PNIPAM were prepared.The stability of MSPMs at different concentrations of guanidine hydrochloride (GuHCl) and urea or at 37 ℃ was characterizaed by dynamic light scattering (DLS).Carbonic anhydrase B (CAB) and lipase were chosen as model proteins to illustrate the effect of protein refolding assisted by thermosensitive MSPMs.The results showed that the thermosensitive property of PNIPAM was maintained and the stability of MSPM with PLA-b-PNIPAM/PLA-b-PEG ratio of 1∶1 was very good even under conditions of high concentration of denaturant or 37 ℃.Furthermore,all the three kinds of MSPMs with ratio of 2∶1,1∶2 and 1∶1 can promote the refolding of denatured CAB and lipase,which are much higher than the yields of spontaneous refolding.The MSPM
