The design of a base station detecting terminal based on S3c2440 is presented in this paper. Its serial ports are expanded by memory mapping mode. The multi-standard communication module is built in this terminal. The terminal is moun-ted in the special vehicle to monitor the different signals of wireless networks while it moving on the road in the hot point area. Its monitoring targets are GSM,CDMA,WCDMA and TD-SCDMA. The parameters of base station,signal intensity and GPS in-formation collected by the terminal is sent to the management software,which analyzes a signal mapping spectrum of each net-work in the region in real time. This system fills the gap to execute the real-time simultaneous monitoring of all the wireless cam-munication networks in the region.

The audio encoding standards (MP3 and AAC)and their implementation schemes are analyzed.The FPGA design scheme is proposed to support the audio decoding algorithm with multi-standards.The substep lookup table algorithms introduced to implement Huffman decoding on hardware.A FPGA-based scheme,supporting multiplier-less inverse quantization and config-urable IMDCT,is proposed.The experiments on demo board show that proposed scheme finish the decoding tasks with higher speed and accuracy.

Thus,traditional parameters settings relying simply on skilled workers have been relatively insufficient to meet the needs of intelligent devices.In view of this, this paper examines a new measure of parameters settings in bag making machine design based case-based reasoning which overcomes the difficulties found in original parameters settings with speediness and high quality,thereby achieving the intellectualization of parameters settings in bag making machine.

In order to carry out CSFB performance testing for TD-LTE multi-mode terminals,a simulation test platform is proposed.The test system adopts the hardware structure which com-bines a main controller and several multi-system simulators,in which system simulators are used to simulate TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA/GSM multi-standard wireless network environments and the main controller is used to control test process by executing script files.Test results show that the system can accurately measure parameters such as CSFB call delay to intuitively reflect perform-ance levels of terminals.
