语言对比研究，应从语言类型学出发，从应用领域当中遇到的问题出发，选择有价值的语言项目进行语言对比；从提高语言的宏观研究意识、拓展其研究范围、深化微观对比等方面，加强语言的宏观对比研究；从语料库语言学、语言类型学、实证研究等方面，完善语言对比研究方法。

Language comparative studies should be started from linguistic typology,and from the problems confronted in application field we can choose some valuable topics. The research can be focused more in mac-ro-comparative view,such as enhancing macro-awareness of language research,extending research scope and intensifying micro-comparison. Methods of linguistic comparative research ought to be improved from corpus linguistics,language typology and empirical research.

英汉对比研究是语言研究的基本方法，语言迁移是外语学习过程中常见的现象之一。该文主要通过英汉词汇对比分析，论述两种语系之间的异同，进而促进学生母语的正迁移，克服负迁移对语言学习的影响。并结合当前大学英语词汇教学实际，提出一些改进词汇教学的一些策略和方法。

Comparative studies of English and Chinese is the basic method of language study, and language transfer is one of the common phenomena in the process of foreign language learning. This paper, through analyzing the comparison between English and Chinese vocabulary, discusses the similarities and differences between the two languages, so as to promote students ’positive transfer of mother tongue and to overcome the negative transfer of language learning. Combined with the current university Eng-lish vocabulary teaching practice, the paper puts forward some improving vocabulary teaching strategies and methods.

The principle of time-frequency Analysis is elaborated detailedly , The common methods of time-frequency analysis are comparatively analyzed. The algorithms of spectral decomposition are studied , including Hilbert transform, S-transform, wavelet transform, Gabor transform, HHT, and matching pursuit, etc. The principles, advantages and shortcomings of each method are introduced in details. Contrast tests of analog signals have been done , Every frequency spectrum image is showed from different sides. The functions of every parameter in time and frequency domains are verified through debugging.

剂量对比研究对确保临床试验的统一辐射剂量给药具有相当重要的意义。本文研究了拉合尔国际剂量学调查团以及核医学与肿瘤学协会（INMOL）所做的X射线高功率直线加速器的性能对比分析。实验采用基于国际原子能机构（IAEA）关于吸收剂量-水剂量标准TRS-398协议的柱形电离室进行测量，偏差百分比为0．5％-1％。研究发现拉合尔INMOL关于直线加速器输出特性的实验结果与IAEA剂量调查团的研究结果一致。

The dosimetric inter-comparison studies carry pertinent significance to ensure uniform radiation dose delivery for clinical trials .This paper investigates the comparative performance analysis of an X-ray high power linear accelerator per-formed by the International Dosimetry Survey Mission and Institute of Nuclear Medicine&Oncology (INMOL) ,Lahore . The measurements were made using cylindrical ionization chambers based on the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) TRS-398 protocol for absorbed dose-to-water dosimetric standards ,and the percentage deviation was found to be between 0 .5% -1% .The dosimetric analysis concerning linear X-ray accelerator output performed by INMOL ,Lahore was found to be in good agreement with the results of IAEA Dosimtery Survey Mission .
