高校就业指导已有百年的历史，但其理论体系一直建立在指向学生的单维度层面，影响其有效性。在高校就业指导越来越重要的现实状况下，建立科学有效的“高校双维度就业指导体系”显得十分必要。高校双维度就业指导体系，是指高校就业指导既要面向学生，又要面向高校本身，将对学生的指导和对高校自身的指导有机结合。面向学生的就业指导要实施从进校开始直到毕业的职业生涯指导，变安置就业的择业指导为规划职业的职业指导。面向高校的指导要求高校要把就业指导与学校定位、培养目标、课程设置、教学计划、教学以及招生等有机结合起来。在就业指导中，高校首先要对自身指导，再把对学生的就业指导和对高校自身指导有机结合起来。
The century-old career guidance in colleges and universities works not so effectively for the sake of its single student-oriented theoretical system. In the current situation, however, it is increasingly important to establish highly efficient bi-dimensional career guidance system that targets both students and colleges. The former concerns the career planning guidance through students’ whole college study to shift from job-seeking direction to career blueprint, and the latter requires higher learning institutions to integrate the guidance into college position, cultivating goals, course design, teaching scheme, instruction and student recruitment. This paper, thus, suggests that both dimensions be integrated into career guidance to promote the theoretical constructs.
