双语推荐:改进的TOPSIS方法

在绿色供应链基础上提出了一种基于熵权法与改进TOPSIS法相结合的方法选择绿色供应商。首先构建绿色供应商的评价指标体系,然后采用熵权法得到各指标的权重。最后通过算例分别采用传统的TOPSIS方法改进的TOPSIS方法选择供应商,并对2种方法及所得结果进行比较。结果表明,用改进的TOPSIS方法选择供应商是可行的、合理的,且更加科学。
On the basis of green supply chain, the combing method of entropy weight method and improved TOPSIS method to choose green supplier is put forward. First builds green supplier evaluation index system, then adopts the entropy weight method to get the weight of each index, finally through an example, uses the traditional TOPSIS method and the improved TOPSIS method to choose the supplier respectively and compares the two methods. Results show that the improved TOPSIS method to choose the supplier is reasonable and feasible, and more scientific.

This paper proposes an improved interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method for the uncertainty of sports industry sustainable development level evaluating. The new method improves weakness of the existing interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS, which uses the 3D Hamming distance and 3D Hausdorff distance. Finally, a case study of sports industry sustainable development level evaluating is given to show its feasibility and practicability.
提出一种改进的逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)方法,即直觉梯形模糊TOPSIS多属性群决策方法。首先,应用直觉梯形模糊数形式表示方案属性偏好和属性权重信息且专家权重完全未知;然后,利用直觉梯形模糊数间距离测度和期望值及直觉梯形模糊加权平均算子来确定决策者权重信息和属性权重信息;进而给出直觉梯形模糊环境下方案优选的算法;最后,通过算例进一步说明了该直觉梯形模糊TOPSIS方法的有效性。
An extension of TOPSIS, a novel trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method for group decision making is investigated. The preference values for an alternative on criteria and the weight values of criteria are given by experts represented with trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and weights of decision makers are unknown. Distance measures, expected values and weighted averaging operator for trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are used to induce the weight values of criteria and decision makers. Then an algorithm is developed for ranking alternatives under the trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Finally, the result of numerical example further illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed extended TOPSIS method.

In this paper, in view that the location problem of logistics centers was a multi-attribue decision-making problem, we built an evaluation model consisting of five primary indexes and 19 secondary indexes, then introduced the improved TOPSIS model to solve it, calculated the weights of the indexes using AHP and ranked the solutions obtained in accordance with their comprehensive evaluation index.

An evaluation index system, containing such indices as voltage stability, frequency stability, adequacy, security and stability, connected capacity of intermittent generation sources and economy, is established. This paper studies the diffusion of mechanical power air pollution, according to the characteristics of the diffusion of improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the combination of mechanical exhaust pollution levels were evaluated. Through case studies, the results obtained are more consistent with the real results provide a theoretical basis for air pollution control.

In order to solve the hybrid multiple-attribute decision making problem, different attribute values were unified into interval number. In the TOPSIS based on Mahalanobis distance, because of the strong linear correlation indexes, the covariance matrix was singular, and calculating the Mahalanobis distance didn’t work . Therefore , covariance matrix of in-terval number was defined and singular value decomposition method was adopted to calculate generalized inverse matrix of covariance matrix. The improved algorithm overcame the defects in the traditional TOPSIS model of river health assess-ment, such as correlations between indices, uncertainty in estimating the weights subjectively, difficulty in determining the membership function and possibility of the scheme closed to ideal solution and negative-ideal solution concurrently. In the end, a numerical example illustrated the validity and applicability of the proposed method.

Aiming at the phenomenon that the chaff and corner reflector released by a surface ship can seriously affect the selection of a ship target by the missile seeker ,this paper proposes a multi-object selection method based on the target motion characteristics and the TOPSIS technique for order pre-ference by similarity to ideal solution .By using the multi-object selection for multiple attribute deci-sion and according to the target motion characteristics the method helps to establish a decision model , improving the way to determine the ideal solution and negative ideal solution .The simulation result show s that this method is so simple and effective as to be suitable for engineering application .
