The exploration potential of the Llanos Basin in Colombia was made clear by the method of play analysis. The geological evaluation of the basin was made firstly,secondly the play evaluation,then the petroleum geology features and the resource potential of each 2nd order play,and the exploration direction was pointed out lastly. The basin has excellent accumulation conditions and perfect accumulation model. According to the oil and gas bearing situation of each reservoir, the basin was divided into 3 sets of 1st order play,including the confirmed central play,the potential upper and lower plays. According to the six principles of the structure of the basin,generation-reservoir-seal,oil and gas enrichment characteristics and so on,the central play was further divided into 4 sets of 2nd order play:the upper Cretaceous,Paleocene,Eocene and Oligocene. Steel-concrete composite box-beam is a new type of steel-concrete composite structure and has certain advantages in bridge reinforcement and reconstruction .Taking a pedestrian bridge as example , we designed a composite box-beam based on lengthening reinforcement scheme which useed steel plate-concrete composite bridge decks as shear connectors and made an analysis with finite element method .The result shows that the composite box-beam scheme with steel plate-concrete composite bridge decks is a simple and effective method for pedestrian bridge , which can improve the stiffness of the structure to meet the requirements .

In order to create new germplasm of Camellia oleifera in Guangxi, hybridization experiment a-mong Camellia oleifera superior families was carried out, focusing on comparative analysis of fruit eco-nomic traits between hybridized combinations and their parents. The results showed that when Camellia oleifera superior families pollinated themselves, they had obvious infertility or very low pregnancy. Group 3 and group 4 had positive heterosis in fruit size and fruit fresh seed weight among 15 hybridized combina-tions by single cross with 5 superior families, while main character indexes of another combinations were tend to be one of the parents. Heterosis beyond parents could be created by hybridization among Camellia oleifera superior families, and new Camellia oleifera germplasm with specific traits was achievable through combination of parents.

High yield, disease resistance, insect resistance and fiber quality of F1 generation of 6 hybrid combinations which were made by using three different cotton varieties ( A, B, C) as female parent, and two varieties (1390, 1432) as male parent were analyzed in order to identify new superior hybrid combinations.The results showed that the fiber strength , the seed cotton yield and lint yield before frost of F 1 generation of the combinations taking A as female were higher , and the F1 generation of which had the resistance to pests and disease.Among them, the F1 generation of A ×1390 had the higher fiber quality, highest yield before frost and better comprehensive propeties. It indicated that A ×1390 was the optimal new combination of hybrid insect-resistant cotton.

Objective To explore the anti-cancer function of old drugs from the perspective of the concept of Chinese herbal nature combination, and provide method and a new thinking style for the new function discovery from old drugs under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods Using lung cancer with qi and yin deficiency as the example, the therapeutic principles of TCM anti-lung cancer treatment were analyzed and Chinese herbal nature combination patterns (CHNCP) for cancer treatment were extracted based on the relationship between function and Chinese herbal nature combination. The chemical medicines were re-screened with the cancer CHNCP and the candidates were identified. Results The therapeutic principle of TCM anti-lung cancer treatment is invigorating qi and nourishing yin. The screening experiment of new corn combination with density resistance was conducted with the method of the between ratio. Agronomic traits of four combinations were studied. The results showed that the growth period was between 121 to 125 d. The plant height was between 2.66 to 2.92 m. The height of ear was between 1.1 to 1.48 m. Compared with CK, the order was PJX-7, 113×hg-1, hg-1×110, hg-1×139. Leaf blade of ear was between 60 to 7.3 pieces. Compared with CK, the order of the amount of change was PJX-7, hg-1×139, hg-1×110, 113×hg-1. The Stem diameter was between 1.94 to 2.05 cm with the order of 13×hg-1, hg-1×110, PJX-7, hg-1×139. Under the same experimental condition, PJX-7 had the best agronomic traits and could be promoted to large areas.
