针对同心筒结构的共架发射系统,研究多武器共架发射时为保证舰艇和武器安全需解决的发射协调问题,提出了时域协调的方法。首先,给出了时域协调的概念,分析了发射速率、燃气排导、初始飞行弹道交叉、防空导弹发射优先等因素对时域协调的影响;然后,建立了基于发射令控制的发射时序模型、发射时间间隔模型及发射优先级模型;最后,对时域协调方法进行了算例验证。结果表明:通过时域上合理地控制武器发射间隔时间可以保证系统安全,同时最大程度地发挥系统效能。
Aiming at the common-frame launching system with concentric canister launcher ,this paper deals with the problem of common-frame weapon launching coordination and proposes the time coordi-nation method .Firstly ,it defines the concept of time coordination ,and analyzes the effects of launch rate ,combustion gas exhaust ,initial trajectory intersection and anti-air missile launch priority on the time coordination .Then ,according to the time coordination ,models for launch sequence ,launch time spacing and launch priority are established .Finally ,some arithmetic examples are used to verify the method of time coordination .The result indicates that the reasonable control of weapon launching time interval in terms of time coordination can ensure the system safety and display the system effi-ciency to the greatest extent .

Ecological carrying capacity is a complex dynamic system including natural-economy-society, and its intrinsic coordination is the key to sustainable carrying capacity of ecosystem. In different spatio-temporal scales, the coupling coordinative degree of ecological carrying capacity presents different differences and changes. On the basis of coupling coordinative development interactive mechanism of ecological carrying ca-pacity, the article constructs an evaluation index system of coupling coordinative degree, and analyzes the tem-poral and spatial difference of coupling coordinative degree of ecological carrying capacity in the Dongting Lake region by using capacitive coupling model. With the wide application of flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) in power system, one of the major directions of FACTS development is the research of multi-FACTS coordinated control based on wide-area measurement system (WAMS). The wide area centralized coordination control architecture is established. Based on the structure of the dynamic output feedback control and the theory of the polytopic linear differential inclusion, a wide-area multi-FACTS coordinated control algorithm for multiple load cases is proposed. In virtue of the output feedback signals from WAMS, the delay margin is analyzed within which the algorithm can ensure the stable operation of power system. The algorithm is validated in a 4-machine, 2-area system with static var compensator (SVC) and thyristor controlled series capacitor (TCSC). 针对多机器人协同吊运某物体的闭运动链的协调系统,定义了位置可行域和姿态可行域。对于定绳长、固定基多机器人联合吊运系统,通过物体的受力分析确定出可行域边界受力条件,由物体位置反解机器人末端位置得出可行域的大致范围。在Matlab中,基于蒙特卡罗算法,求解出精确的可行域。该方法避免了直接由工业机器人关节角求解可行域时变量太多、运算复杂的问题,为实现特定吊运轨迹的多机器人吊运系统构型设计提供了参考价值。
Aiming at the closed kinematic chain to lift an object of the multi-robot coordination system, the feasible regions of position and gesture are defined.For the multi-robot joint lifting system of certain cord length and fixed base, stress conditions of the feasible region boundary could be determined by analyzing the stress of the object, and range of feasible region could be roughly obtained from the object position inverse solution of robot end position.In MATLAB, the precise feasible region could be got based on the Monte Carlo algorithm.This method avoids many problems caused by the industrial robot joint angle to solve the feasible region, such as too many variables, and complex computing, and it provides a reference to the configuration design of multi-robot system with a trajectory dispatching.

Thus, op-timization proposal for LTE indoor scenario is not only an important issue in 3GPP standardization process, but also an important factor for mobile communication network optimization. In this paper, we firstly introduce key technical characteristics of LTE-Hi system. Then, compared with other indoor distribution systems, we analyze advantages of LTE-Hi system. Finally, we introduce evolution route of LTE-Hi system.

A small signal stability model is developed based on the small-signal stability and dynamic interaction problems caused by operation mode-switching of unified power quality conditioners (UPQCs).The small-signal model also includes series and parallel converter controls.The stability and dynamic characteristics between independent converter operating mode and combined series and/or parallel converter operation mode are analyzed.Eigenvalue sensitivity analysis with respect to factors such as control-parameters and load-factors are also studied.This study can provide some theoretical guide for parametric design.A coordinated control strategy is also presented based on the new power flow compensation.Case studies are given to validate the effectiveness of the small signal stability model and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
