染料废水处理是水污染治理中非常重要内容之一,针对染料废水带有极高的色度、可生化性差和含“三致”物等特点。本文采用水热法制备复合材料用于染料废水处理。通过XRD、T EM、SBET 等表征手段证实制备材料为核-壳Fe3 O4@ SiO2-T iO2复合材料。将此材料用于染料废水处理,选用亚甲基蓝(Methylene Blue ,简称MB)作为染料废水典型目标物,测定催化剂Ti:Si摩尔比、催化剂用量、染料溶液pH值和催化剂重复利用对染料废水降解效果影响。研究结果表明,染料废水浓度为14mg/L ,双氧水用量为2mL ,催化剂用量为2g/L ,脱色90min时,溶液脱色率能达到98.6%。催化剂重复使用4次,其脱色效果仍然保持在90%左右。由此可见,用此方法制备的核-壳材料是比较有效且实用的一种染料废水处理非均相Fenton催化剂。
Dyestuff textile wastewater treatment has become a research hotspot due to it ’s high chroma ,poor biodegradability ,and low toxicity characteristics .In this paper ,we have synthesized composite materials by hydrothermal methods .Core-shell Fe3 O4@ SiO2 -TiO2 materials were charac-terized by XRD ,TEM and so on .This materials have been applied to dye wastewater treatment . Methylene blue was used as typical target of dye wastewater .Degradation effects of dye wastewater were determined by catalyst with different Ti :Si molar ratios ,amount of catalyst ,pH value of the dye solution and catalyst reuse . A serious of results of study show that decolorization ratios of dye wastewater arrived at 98 .6% under optimal conditions .When catalysts were reused for 4 times ,it’s decolorization ratios were maintained at about 90% . Therefore , this materials synthesized by this methods is an effective and practical dye wastewater treatment catalysts .

Dye wastewater is difficult to biodegrade which belongs to organic industrial wastewater with high COD ,high chromaticity ,high salinity and low BOD/COD ratio etc . The white-rot fungus has quite good degradation on poor biodegradability ,toxic and hazard-ous wastewater .Using the immobilized microorganism technology can constitute a highly ef-ficient ,rapid and continuous processing of wastewater treatment system and reduce the sec-ondary pollution effectively .The dye wastewater was treated by immobilized white-rot fun-gus ;and the influence of the different mass of biological balls ,concentration of dye wastewater ,the values of pH ,rotational speed on the decolorization rates was examined .The results show that :when the mass of biological balls is 5 .5 g/100 mL ,the concentration of dye wastewater is 20 mg/L ,pH is 3 ,the rotational speed is 120 r/min ,the decolorization rate of dye wastewater reach the best respectively .

The adsorption properties of HTLCs and HTLCs -500 which calcined under 500 ℃ to direct red violet dye waste water are studied .The influence of adsorbent dosing quantity ,reaction time ,initial pH value ,reaction temperature on the adsorption direct red violet dye wastewater are researched .Through the orthogonal experiments ,the best adsorption condition of HTLCs and HTLCs -500 to direct red violet dye wastewater are determined .The results showed that the best adsorption condition ,HTLCs and HTLCs -500 to 80 mg/L direct red violet dye wastewater has the better adsorption performance ,decoloring rate is 92 .73%and 97 .52%,respectively in a relatively wide pH value range the decoloring performance is sta-ble,and HTLCs -500 of the dye adsorption effect is better than that of HTLCs .

This paper conducted an orthogonal experiment by comparing the bleaching effects of manganese dioxide on rhoda-mine B, naphthol green B, acid chromeb blue K, etc.at different pH, temperature, adsorption time, drug dosage and other sin-gle factor conditions.The optimum conditions for dyeing wastewater and a variety of influencing factors were concluded.The influ-encing degree on decolorization rate in descending order is pH value>pharmaceutical dosage>adsorption time>adsorption tem-perature.Through the ultraviolet spectrum, the basic declorization mechanism of manganese dioxide was analyzed.Dyeing wastewater is targeted at special biodegradable organic wastewater.It is difficult to treat and most of the dyes have three kinds of substances.The control of wastewater pollution is of important significance for human health protection .The development and re-search of new wastewater treatment agents have practical value.

In order to obtain a good decolorization efficiency of dye wastewater, we fixed spore laccase from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LC03 in seaweed acid calcium gel and determined its optimum temperature and pH and its operational stability.Then we studied the decolorization of four single dyes,including remazol brilliant blue R(RBBR),reactive black 5,indigo carmine and crystal violet, and investigated the effects of immobilized laccase-mediators with laccase mediators added on single dye to stimulate dye wastewater.Experiments showed that the optimum temperature was 65 ℃,the opti-mum pH was 6.2 and after 10 cycles of operation the immobilized enzyme remained over 80% of its initial activity. The immobilized pellets had a significant effect on decolorization of CV and more than 80% of CV was decolorized after 1 hour,while it also played some role in the decolorization of other three single dyes. Laccase mediators had a promoting effect on the decolorization of dyes especially on the IC,RBBR
