目的:探究不同栽培方式(土壤栽培、营养液栽培、基质栽培)对鸡毛菜保鲜品质的影响。方法采用理化分析、感官评定和多指标GSI(general stability index)综合分析方法,测定了含水量、叶绿素、维生素C、硝态氮等品质指标。结果不同的栽培方式对鸡毛菜营养品质和保鲜指标存在不同的影响;土壤栽培方式下,硝酸盐含量远远高于其他两种栽培方式。结论无土栽培的鸡毛菜营养品质优于土壤栽培;随着贮藏时间的延长,鸡毛菜的品质逐渐衰退,在4℃的低温贮藏条件下,适宜的保质期为5天。
Objective To discuss the effects of different cultivation patterns (soil culture, hydroponics, substrate cultivation) to pakchoi fresh quality. Methods The physical and chemical analysis, sensory evalua-tion and GSI (General Stability Index) comprehensive analysis method were adopted to measure several quality indicators including the water content, chlorophyll, vitamin C and nitrate nitrogen. Results The nutrition and fresh quality indexes from three cultivation modes of pakchoi were different. The Nitrate content under soil cultivation was far higher than other two kinds of cultivation modes. Conclusion The soilless way for pre-serving pakchoi quality was better than that of soil cultivation. As time went on, the quality of Chinese little greens gradually declined. Under the condition of 4℃, the shelf life was 5 d.

To study the characteristic of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium accumulation and difference of nutrient accumulation between nitrogen levels in spring maize under two cultivation patterns with different nitrogen application treatments. The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer application increased significantly grain yield. The increase of harvest ear number contributed mainly to high yield. The nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium accumulations of straw and grain in maize were increased significantly with few variations between treatments, at the average of 5.1%. High yield cultivation pattern improved nitrogen accumulation of plant and the nitrogen recovery efficiency was increased 15.0%-30.5%compared with that of traditional cultivation pattern.

Soil samples from blueberry gardens cultivated by different patterns for 3, 5 and 8 years respectively in Baima town , Lishui county were analyzed , and the effect of different cultivation patterns of blueberry on soil quality was studied .The results showed that:in the blueberry garden with the same planting years , the contents of organic matter , total nitrogen , alkali-hydrolys-able nitrogen and available potassium in the soil of organic cultivation blueberry garden all were the highest , followed by those of ex-ternal low-input cultivation blueberry garden , while those of conventional cultivation blueberry garden were the lowest .The activity of soil enzymes also showed the same trend .Soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity both increased with the increase of plant -ing years.In summary, as compared with the external low -input cultivation and conventional cultivation , organic cultivation was more conducive to the improvement of soil fertility and the sustainable product

To select optimum double cropping rice cultivars and high-yielding cultivation methods adapted to the cold water paddy fields, the field experiments were conducted in Ningxiang county, Yongxing county and Taoyuan county of Hunan province in the early and late season in 2009. In order to screen out the best cultivation method for muskmelon in the seedling-breeding greenhouses of flue-cured tobacco during fallow period in Nanxiong area of Guangdong province, we set up four different cultivation methods (nutriculture on sponge, pot cultivation, dibbling, slot planting), and studied the effects of different cultivation methods on agronomic traits, leaf physiological traits and fruit quality of muskmelon cultivar Meiqi. The results showed that, the muskmelon of the slot planting treatment had best fruit shape, thickest flesh, biggest fruit weight and highest fruit-setting rate and yield, and the fruit quality of muskmelon planted in pots took the second place, while the muskmelon plants cultivated in nutrient solution on sponge grew worst and had worst fruit quality and lowest yield. In conclusion, slot planting was optimum for muskmelon production in the seedling-breeding greenhouses of flue-cured tobacco during fallow period in Nanxiong area.

A test of different plastic film mulching modes for dryland flax was conducted in Yuanzhou district in Guyuan municipality in Ningxia. The result showed that the plastic film mulching cultivation could effectively increase the soil temperature, preserve the soil moisture, reduce the soil water evaporation, improve the germination rate and increase the yield of linseed. The yields with the film whole-mulching and soil covering cultivation, film mulching and no soil covering bunch planting cultivation and film side cultivation were 41.94%,12.5% and 23.39% higher than that with the conventional planting and the yield-increasing effect was significant. It is suggested that the three plastic film mulching cultivation modes should be extended and applied and the film whole-mulching and soil covering cultivation mode should be extended and applied widely in production.
