Objective To investigate the effect of GEB-600 (Gao Erbao) urine analyzer in detecting red blood cells, leukocyte esterase (LEU) and glucose(GLU) in urine. Methods:The sample of fresh urine was collected from 680 clinical outpatients. The urine analyzer was used to examine the red blood cells, LEU and GLU in urine. The levels of red blood cells and LEU were compared with those detected by microscopic examination. The GLU levele was compared with that detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results:The detective rates of red blood cells and LEU were improved when urine analyzer was combined with microscopy method. The high coincidence rate was seen between urine analyzer and microscopy method in detecting LEU. Conclusion:The combination of urine analyzer with microscopy method in detecting the red blood cells and LEU can ensure the accuracy of the results. It can meet the needs of the clinical screening since the result of GLU examination using urine analyzer is coincidenc

The micro-leakage detection for seal was researched. The process of micro-leakage detection was analyzed theoretical-ly through mathematical calculation. AMESim software was applied to set up simulation model. The simulation analysis about micro-leakage detection process was carried out to the seal with volume of 1 L,2 L. Math regression about the experimental results was made. By the mathematic analysis and simulation study,the analysis method of different volume measured seal was obtained which could be used in practical production. It provides theoretical basis for determining test time and improving detection efficiency.
