The ranking of trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (TIFNs)was solved by the value and ambiguity based ranking method developed in this paper.Firstly,the concept of TIFNs was introduced,and arithmetic operations and cut sets over TIFNs were investigated.Then,the values and ambiguities of the membership degree and the non-membership degree for TIFNs were defined as well as the value-index and ambiguity-index.Finally,a value and ambiguity based ranking method was developed and applied to solve multiattribute decision making problems in which the ratings of alternatives on attributes were expressed using TIFNs.A numerical example was examined to demonstrate the implementation process and applicability of the method proposed.

This paper researches a construction method of fuzzy ontology based on the fuzzy concept similarity. Firstly, the paper gives fuzzy formal concept analysis of the target data source to build a fuzzy concept lattice, then generates the fuzzy concept cluster with the concept cluster algorithm which based on the fuzzy conceptual similarity, and finally mapping to get the fuzzy ontology. This method has a comprehensive measure of the fuzzy concept similarity of connotation and denotation, and adding the weight factor to enhanced the fuzzy clustering adjustability. At last, the examples demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

在机载GPS定位中,当卫星信号中断、失锁时间较长时,不能利用周跳检测技术恢复模糊度,这时需重新计算模糊度。由于此时基准站和移动站处于中长基线状态,其距离和高程差均较大,对流层和电离层延迟残差较大,将影响模糊度固定。本文利用Kalman滤波和电离层加权模型,把电离层延迟残差当作未知参数和位置参数、模糊度同时求解,得到模糊度浮点解和协方差,并利用LAMBDA算法固定模糊度。算例结果表明:电离层加权模型能有效消除电离层延迟残差,能成功解算基线长达69.5km的基线模糊度,且删除低仰角卫星有利于模糊度解算。
In the airborne GPS positioning , when the time of satellite signal interrupt and loss lock is long , the ambiguity can ’ t recovery using the cycle clip detective technology .So the ambiguity must be re-set and recomputed .At this time , the base station and the mobile station are in the middle-long baseline , the distance and the altitude difference are big , and the tropospheric and ionospheric delay residuals are big, which will hamper the ambiguity resolution .In this work, using Kalman filter and ionosphere-weigh-ted model , considering the ionospheric delay residuals as unknown parameter and resolving with the ambi -guity and the position parameters , the float solution and covariance of the ambiguities are gotten , then, the LAMBDA method is used to fix the ambiguities .The experiment results show that the ionosphere-weighted model can remove the ionospheric delay residuals effectively .The ambiguity is fixed successfully when the baseline length is up to 69.5 km, and deleting

Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that the 2D tensor of an image can characterize the local structure and there is a high difference between a sharp image and its blurred version. Based on these studies, a novel 3D structure tensor representation of a single image is proposed, whose eigenvalues can characterize the local geometry structure and have a close relationship with image quality, and then a new blur degree assessment method is proposed. The flow chart of the proposed method blurs the input image with a weak and strong low-pass filters firstly, and divides the input image into no overlapped patches, then computes eigenvalues of the 3D structure tensor and blur measuring parameter of each block, finally computes the blur degree of an image by the exponential function of the blur measuring parameters and visual attention weights of each patch. Based on the concept of hesitant fuzzy entropy, this paper introduces the concepts of entropy and similarity measures for interval-valued hesitant fuzzy information, and discusses their relationships. Firstly, the axiomatic definition of entropy for interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets is proposed. Two entropy measure formulas are further developed, and they satisfies four axiomatic requirements of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy entropy. Then, the paper presents the concept of the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy weighted entropy depending on the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy entropy. Finally, the concept of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy similarity measures is given, and it studies the relationships between inter-val-valued hesitant fuzzy similarity measures and interval-valued hesitant fuzzy entropy.

The relative precision of carrier phase measurement can reach millimeter, but its periodicity causes the uncer-tainty of its ambiguity, so it is necessary to calculate its ambiguity. The traditional calculating method is highly precise but time-consuming which can not satisfy dynamic positioning. The geometric constraint algorithm has relatively high posi-tioning speed, but due to the error of baseline apriori information, it is less reliable. Accordingly, a new ambiguity calculat-ing method is proposed in this paper, which can increase the calculating speed through the baseline vector constraints, and even with the error of apriori information, assure the reliability. Simulation results show the method can effectively increase the calculating efficiency, is fault-tolerant and is suitable for dynamic positioning.
