民族医药是我国传统医药和优秀民族文化的重要组成部分，民族药新产品是发挥民族医药疗效优势的重要形式，其研究与开发需注重保持民族医药特色。本文从民族药新产品研究与开发的选题立项角度，探讨在开发民族药新产品过程中的研究思路，提出需要重视民族药用药经验发掘、民族医药文献整理、民族药资源保护利用及民族药新产品研究开发中的多种研究策略，如民族药材及其有效部位、有效成分、二次开发等方面的研究，进一步提高民族药新产品的研究开发水平。

Ethnic medicine is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine and excellent traditional culture. New products of ethnic medicine are important application form to play therapeutic advantages of ethnic medicine, whose research and development should focus on the maintenance of characteristics of ethnic medicine. From the perspective of the research and development of ethnic medicine, this article discussed research ideas in the development of new products of ethnic medicine and put forward that attention should be paid to the experience on using the ethnic medicine, related literature studies, and ethnic medicine resource protection and utilization as well. In addition, this article put forward the research tactics in new products of ethnic medicine, such as medicinal materials, effective parts, active ingredients, the secondary development research and so on, with a purpose of improving the level of researching and developing new products of ethnic medicine.

随着由现代医药引起的医源性和药源性疾病的日益凸显,以天然药物预防、治疗疾病的传统医药成为国际医药发展的重要取向,国际化成了传统医药发展的必然趋势和重要发展机遇。民族医药作为我国传统医药的重要组成部分,资源丰富、历史悠久。但历史和现实的原因使我国民族医药在国际化发展进程中面临一定的困境。通过对上述问题进行综合分析和发展性的对策思考,以期对我国民族医药的国际化发展有所裨益。

Today the iatrogenic and drug-induced disease caused by the modern medicine has become prominent increasingly,so the traditional medicine aiming to prevent and treat diseases with natural drug becomes a major orientation of international pharmaceutical development. For the development of traditional medicine,internationalization has become an inevitable development trend and important opportunity. As an important component of traditional Chinese medicine,National medicine has abundant resources and long history. For historical and practical reasons,our national medicine is facing some difficulties in the process of international development. In this paper,through analyzing comprehensively these issues author has gave some countermeasures in order to help the international development of TCM.

高血脂症是目前严重影响人类健康的一类疾病，因而，开发有效的降脂药物成为了全球热点。由于中蒙药药物资源丰富，不良反应较少，疗效比较确切，降血脂作用途径种类较多，所以，利用民族医药治疗高血脂症是现在较为有效的方法。本文通过阐述高发病机制和中蒙药目前降血脂作用的研究进展，充分体现了中蒙药的特色，为中蒙药降血脂在临床上的进一步应用和开发提供了参考。

Hyperlipidemia is a serious impact on human health of a class of diseases. Therefore,development of effective cholesterd-lowering drugs has become a topic of global issues.Because the rich source of drugs in Mongolian medicine, adverse reactions, efficacy more accurately and a variety of lipid-lowering pathway. So the use of the national pharmaceutical treatment of hyperlipidemia is now a more effective method. This paper describes the concept of hyperlipidemia, research progress in Mongolian medicine pathogenesis and current lipid-lowering effect, and fully reflects the characteristics of Mongolian medicine. For further application and development of lipid-lowering Mongolian medicine in the clinical provide a reference.

在信息化，数字化高速发展的今天，民族院校要充分认识特色馆藏资源数字化建设的重要性，特色馆藏资源数字化建设是一项长期而又复杂的工程。存当前的大好形势下，民族院校图书馆开展特色馆藏资源数字化面临三大问题：对民族院校图书馆数字化，尤其是特色馆藏资源数字化的认识问题；民族院校特色馆藏资源数字化技术力量严重不足人的问题；人才队伍建设问题，并提出了相应的发展策略。

随着现代网络化信息资源的建设和发展,民族数字资源的建设更加趋于民族化、区域化、特色化和多样化,使民族地区数字图书馆资源建设不断丰富和发展。民族地区数字图书馆的资源建设,应该依托本民族地区民族文化遗产这一特色资源,开展多形式、多类型、多途径的数字化资源建设;以实例分析和介绍大理民族文化遗产图文数字资源的建设途径和方法,以期促进各民族地区数字图书馆资源的建设和发展,推动民族文化遗产的保护和传承,弘扬民族文化,积淀民族精髓,丰富民族网络文化信息家园。

With the construction and development of modern network information resources,the construction of digital libraries and digital resources in ethnic areas appears a trend toward nationalization,regionalization,specialization and diversification,which makes the digital library resources construction in ethnic areas enriched and developed constantly. The construction of digital library resources in ethnic group areas should rely on the ethnic cultural heritage in the area which is the special resource to carry out the construction with multi-form,multi-type,and multi-channel. This paper analyzes some cases,induces the ways and means of construction of ethnic cultural heritage recourses in Da Li,aims to promote the construction and development of digital library resources in all ethnic areas,advances inheriting and the protection of ethnic cultural heritage,enhances ethnical culture, accumulates ethnical cultural excellence and enriches network cultural information of ethnic groups.
