提出一种基于动态采样方式的电动窗控制技术,该技术根据电动窗电机每次启动时的动态电流,经过加权平均计算出动态堵转电流参考值,然后确定该次的玻璃升降堵转电流,避免了采用固定堵转电流控制方式因受外部因素影响而导致的电动窗升降故障。试验结果表明,基于动态采样的汽车电动窗控制技术能够根据外部环境条件自适应调整堵转电流大小,有效解决了汽车在不同环境下玻璃升降过程中出现的故障和问题,提高了汽车电动窗控制器的可靠性和稳定性。
In the paper, an auto window control technology based on dynamic sampling technology is presented, which, according to dynamic current each time the electric window motor is activated, calculates the dynamic locked-rotor current reference value by means of weighted average, then determine glass lifting locked-rotor current, preventing the fixed locked-rotor current control method from being affected by external factors and lead to electric window failure during lifting. Test results show that this auto electric window control technology based on dynamic sampling can adaptively adjust magnitude of locked-rotor current according to external environment conditions, effectively eliminating the failure and defects of window glass during lifting under different circumstances, improving reliability and stability of auto electric window controller.
