泰特勒的翻译三原则的中文译文在中国被广泛引用,是翻译教科书中的金科玉律。郭建中教授在《中国翻译》发表的文章中将翻译三原则的第三原则的译文由“译作应具备原作所具有的通顺”修改成了“译作应具备(目的语)原创作品所具有的通顺”。郭教授的修改比较好地表达了泰特勒的第三翻译原则的确切内涵。深入研究发现,泰特勒的第三翻译原则修改后的译文还必须进一步修改。That the Translation should have all the ease of original composition中的ease不能翻译成“通顺”,可以修改成“自然流畅”。严复的翻译标准也是三(字)原则,和泰特勒三原则乃异曲同工之作。
The Chinese translation of Tytler’s Three Principles of Translation has been very popular in China, however, the translation of the third principle was not faithful to the original. Professor Guo Jianzhong has amended the translation, but it needs further amendment. The word of“ease” should be trans-lated into Zi Ran Liu Chang (natural and fluent) in stead of Tong Shun (readable). Yan Fu’s translation principle of Xin Da Ya (faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance) is functionally equivalent to Tytler’s Principles of Translation.

Voluminous volcanic rocks and numerous sulfide-Fe deposits occur in the southern Chinese Altay Mountains. From the east to the west, metallogenetic associations vary from Pb-Zn through Fe-Pb-Zn to Cu-Zn. This study performed major and trace element, Sr-Nd and zircon Hf-O and sphalerite Pb isotopic analyses of volcanic rocks and ore minerals of the Sawusi Zn-Pb deposit in the east of the southern Chinese Altay. Sulfide Pb and volcanic-rock Sr-Nd isotopic compositions of five representative Fe-sulfide deposits from the east, middle and west of the southern Chinese Altay are compared. Rhyolites of the Early Devonian Kangbutiebao Formation were derived from detrital materials. The latter experienced poly-cycled weathering, erosion, transportation and re-deposition from the Gondwana land through the Tuva-Mongol or from the Caledonian province to the Chinese Altay, which itself was compressed and uplifted at~400 Ma, and finally delivered to the then trench on the south after erosion from top

The Nurt area is located in the southern part of Altay, where Late Paleozoic volcanic rocks are well developed. There exists a set of rock assemblages of altered rhyolite and tuff dacite rhyolite in Zhenggehe area, which are in zoned distribution from northwest to southeast and were originally assigned to member a of Hongshanzui Formation. The LA-ICPMS zircon U-Pb dating has revealed that the volcanic rocks formed in the Early Devonian (the zircon 206Pb/238U weighted average age is (400.4 ± 3.6) Ma), unlike Hongshanzui,whose age is of Carboniferous. The lithologic characteristics are obviously different from members b, c of Hongshanzui Formation, and are extensively stably distributed, so this set of rhyolites was re-determined, and tentatively assigned to Zhenggehe volcanic rocks.
