为了提高深水钻井表层导管施工的安全性和时效性,针对深水浅层钻井难题,基于锤击沉桩原理,通过理论分析和工艺研究,对深水钻井表层导管水下打桩安装技术进行了分析。深水钻井表层导管水下打桩安装技术采用水下液压打桩锤系统将表层导管锤入地层,可在工作船上实施作业,不占用钻机时间。针对我国南海深水浅层地质特点和油气开发需求,对该技术在南海深水钻井表层导管施工作业的适应性进行了研究。结果表明,与目前采用的表层导管钻孔/固井和喷射法安装技术相比,水下打桩技术可分别节省65%和43%的作业时间、79%和46%的作业费用。表层导管水下打桩安装技术可有效提高深水浅层钻井的安全性和经济性,对我国南海深水钻井表层导管施工具有很好的适应性。
In order to improve the safety and efficiency of deepwater drilling conductor installation op-eration ,underwater tamping technique was studied .In view of the deepwater shallow formation drilling problem and based on the pile driving method ,the underwater tamping technique for deepwater drilling conductor installation was analyzed through theoretical analysis and process research .This technique uses underwater hydraulic pile system to drive surface conductor into deepwater formation from the working ship ,without taking the rig time .According to the geological characteristic of deepwater shallow zone in South China Sea and the requirement of oil and gas exploitation ,the adaptability of the underwater tamping technique applied in South China Sea deepwater drilling operation was analyzed .Compared with the con-ductor drilling/cementing and jetting technique ,underwater tamping can save 65% and 43% of operation time ,and 79% and 46% of operation costs ,respectively .Conductor underwa

In a deep-water gas ifeld in the eastern South China Sea, the sixth generation semi-submersible deep water drilling plat-forms West Hercules and HYSY981 were successfully applied for completion of nine wells, with average single-well operating cycle of 41.03 d. This paper describes the characteristics of deep-water completion technology and analyzes design principle of well completion string. Combining with the well conditions and characteristics of the environment, it also summarizes the dififculties and solutions in deep-water well completion operation. Research on the dynamic positioning (DP) capability of twenty thousand class horsepower deepwater AHTS is one of the supporting research topics issued jointly by the Ministry of industry and information technology and the Ministry of finance. According to the functions and features of the twenty thousand class horsepower deepwater AHTS, this study defines its DP system operation environmental conditions, and emphasizes the analysis and study of the DP capability under different operation conditions based on the vessel’s power configuration. This research offers a solution to the key technologies concerning the AHTS operation in domestic deepwater regions.

Because of the water depth in deep water beyond the safe operating range for divers,in-stallation,maintenance and repair of subsea tie-in connector should be done by ROVs using rele-vant ROV tooling.Hence,ROV intervention interfaces on connectors and ROV tooling should be correctly designed.Taking collect connector which is the most widely used connector type in deep water as an example,it is analyzed in this paper that demanded ROV intervention tasks and tool-ing.Also it is summarized that the stabilization methods for ROVs,arrangement of ROV inter-faces on subsea equipment,space requirements for ROV operation,and the types of ROV inter-faces.Based on above,considering the features of collet connector,recommendations are given for its ROV interfaces design in the paper.
