Effects of ore-coke mixed charging on softening-dripping behavior of vanadium-titanium magnetite composite burdens and migration patterns of V and Cr elements in slag-iron were studied systemically and theoretically to improve the level of smelting vanadium-titanium magnetite in blast furnace. The proportion of sinter and pellet was constant. The results show that, ore-coke mixed charging ratio has significant effects on the softening and dripping parameters including softening zone, melting zone dripping ratio and permeability. In order to reduce iron-making cost ,optimize the burden structure and make full use of low-quality metallurgical coke resources ,a preliminary experimental study was conducted on semi-coke and ore mixed charging for blast furnace iron-making in the laboratory .The fundamental properties of semi-coke were characterized by TG method and the programmed reduction under the blast furnace condition was simulated .It is found that semi-coke has better reactivity with CO 2 than ordinary met-allurgical coke .The initial direct reduction temperature of sinter and semi-coke powder mixture can be lowered and the reduction rate is faster .When the mixed sinter and semi-coke is reduced under the blast furnace condition , the solution loss of lump coke is reduced and the reduction rate is raised thanks to the charging of semi-coke .More semi-coke charging can lead to a high sinter reduction rate , and the layered charged semi-coke has better performance in the lump coke protection and sinter re-duct

The fuel ratio of No.5 BF in Angang is more than 590 kg/ton on the average, while the fuel ratio of the BF is reduced by taking such measures as increasing the adding amount of nut coke and applying the technology of mixed charging of nut coke and ore. The test results in laboratory and the simulating calculation results show that the permeability of ore in lump zone is improved, particularly the permeability of ore in cohesive zone is improved remarkably with increasing adding amount of nut coke. So the test for No.5 BF of Angang shows that the effect of decreasing the fuel consumption in BF is remarkable and the replacement ratio between nut coke and coke can be kept over 1.0 as fine particle coke with the size from 10 mm to 30 mm is charged into the BF together with ore and the charging ratio of nut coke is increased to the range from 60 kg/t to 80 kg/t.

Objective To optimize the prescription of Jinqiaomai Total Favonoids Soft Capsule. Methods Diluent, suspending agent, and moistening agent were screened and sedimentation volume ratio and redispersion were used as indexes to obtain the optimized prescription of Jinqiaomai Total Favonoids Soft Capsule contents. Results Soybean oil was chosen as the diluent and total favonoids powder was passed through 120-mesh sieve. The prescription of Jinqiaomai Total Favonoids Soft Capsule containing soybean oil with 1.5 times amount of total flavonoids, 1%glyceryl monostearate as suspending agent, and 0.5%Span 80 as moistening agent showed the best stability. Conclusion The prescription is reasonable for Jinqiaomai Total Favonoids Soft Capsule with uniform dispersion, moderate hardness, and good content uniformity.

Objective To investigate the effect of external application of raw gardenia powder and mirabilite in the treatment of traumatic soft tissue swelling.Methods 200 patients who met the standard were divided into two groups, with the control group of 100 cases, and the observation group of 100 cases.The control group was treated byβ-Aescinum Natrium 20 mg intravenous drip once a day.The observation group was treated by external application of raw gardenia powder and mirabilite which were mixed by the proportion of 1∶1 with vinegar.We observed the traumatic soft tissue swelling every 12 hours, and changed the dressing every 24 hours.Results There was no significant difference in the traumatic soft tissue swelling between the two groups before and 12 hours after the treatment (P>0.05).24 hours, 36 hours and 48 hours after treatment, the degree of traumatic soft tissue swelling of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Th
