目的测定并比较小米辣,朝天椒和甜椒3种常见辣椒中Fe、Mn、Cu 3种微量元素的含量。方法 V(硝酸)+V(高氯酸)=4+1分解样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定。结果小米辣、朝天椒和甜椒中3种微量元素存在差异,Fe的含量由小到大为:小米辣,朝天椒,甜椒,Mn的含量由小到大为:甜椒,小米辣,朝天椒,Cu的含量由小到大为:甜椒,小米辣,朝天椒。回收率在95.3%~106.8%之间,RSD1.8%。结论不同辣椒中Fe、Mn、Cu含量的差异可为缺乏症患者通过食疗补充微量元素提供一定参考。
Objective To determine and compare millet spicy , chili peppers and chili peppers in three common Fe, Mn, Cu three kinds of trace elements .Method nitric and perchloric acid ( 4 +1 ) decomposition of samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( FAAS) determination.Results millet spicy , chili peppers and sweet peppers in three trace elements are different , the content of Fe: millet spicy , chili peppers , peppers , Mn content: peppers , millet spicy , chili peppers , Cu content: Sweet pepper , millet spicy , chili peppers .Recoveries between 95.3%~106.8%, RSD<1.80%.Conclusion Different pepper Fe , differences Mn , Cu content of trace elements deficiency for patients above a certain reference through diet .

以12个甜椒品种为材料,对低温胁迫下甜椒叶片的相对电解质渗出率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量等生理指标的变化情况进行研究,结合相关性分析,采用隶属函数法对各甜椒的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,甜椒叶片的相对电解质渗出率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量均有不同幅度的升高,不同品种间的升高幅度有所差异。根据隶属函数法的综合评价结果,‘中椒4号’、‘多福’、‘中椒8号’‘中椒105号’为高抗寒品种,‘金华星’和‘冠军椒王’为低抗寒性品种,其他6个品种为中抗寒品种。
Under the low temperature stress , 12 sweet pepper varieties were comprehensively evaluated using subordinate function method combined with correlation analyses based on the relative electric conductivity ,MDA content ,and proline content . The results showed that , with the temperature decreasing , the relative electric conductivity ,the content of MDA ,and the content of proline in sweet pepper leaf were increasing .Different sweet pepper varieties had different responses to continuous cold stress . Among them ,''Zhongjiao No.4'',''Duofu'',''Zhongjiao No.8'',''Zhongjiao No.105''were high cold tolerance ,''Jinghuaxing''and''Guanjunjiaowang''were low cold tolerance ,the other 6 varieties were moderate cold tolerance .

In order to explore the appropriate fertilizing amount under trace irrigation, the effects of fertilizing amount on pimento growth, yield and fruit quality of spring pimento‘jingtian No.3’in solar greenhouse was studied. The results showed the treatment of 25%conventional fertilization received the highest pimento yield. The yield increased by 8%and 27%compared with conventional fertilization and control respectively. The content of VC increased by 8%and the nitrate content decreased by 43%compared with conventional fertilization. With analyzing the properties of pimento yield and quality in this experiment, decreasing fertilizing amount by 25%than conventional fertilization can result in high pimento yield and quality.

Taking‘HongSushan’ red sweet pepper fruits as materials, this paper studied effects of 1-MCP treatment on respiratory and pigment change of red sweet pepper fruits during 10 days storage. The red sweet pepper fruits were fumigated by 1, 2, 3 μL/L 1-MCP respectively for 16 h and stored at 20 ℃. The results showed that, the 1-MCP treatments with the concentrations of 1, 2, 3 μL/L could significantly improve the sensory quality of sweet pepper during storage, reduce the respiration rate, and promote the synthesis of carotenoids during the early storage, but inhibit the synthesis and accumulation of anthocyanin, flavonoid and total phenolics, and delay the progression of discolor. The storage effect of 1-MCP treatment with 3μL/L concentration was the best.

The experiments were carried out to study the impacts of flooding stress on the antioxidant enzyme activities and os -moregulatory substance content of the grafted sweet pepper seedlings .The results showed that the MDA content and O 2-? produ-cing rate were significantly increased along with the prolonging of the flooding stress time , and the MDA content of the grafted seed-lings was significantly lower than that of own -rooted seedlings;the activities of SOD and POD, as well as the contents of proline and soluble sugar of the grafted seedlings revealed a rising trend and significantly higher than those of own -rooted ones.The above results indicated that the grafted seedlings under flooding stress were higher in antioxidant enzyme activities and less in oxidative damage, thus it strengthened the water -logging tolerance of sweet pepper .

In this paper,the antistaling properties of chitosan coating enriched with cinnamon oil and low temperature air conditioning was investigated using sweet pepper as the object of study by quality comparison method. Results showed that the comprehensive treatment of antistaling agent and low temperature air conditioning could reduce the weight loss rate and the loss of VC, control the activity of SOD, CAT and POD enzyme and maintain the nutritional value of sweet pepper.

The maize straw compost,mushroom residue compost,peat and vermiculite were used to composite different complex media for tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.)and sweet pepper(Capsicum annuumL. var. grossum Bailey)seedling.Comprehensive indexes such as seedling growth,seedling index,physiological activity,indicated that the media of mushroom residue compost+ peat+ vermiculite(1∶1∶1,V/V)had the best effect on tomato seedling,the next was the media of maize straw compost+ peat+vermiculite(1∶1∶1,V/V). The media of maize straw compost+vermiculite(2∶1,V/V)had the best effect on sweet pepper seedling,and the next was mushroom residue compost+peat+vermiculite(1∶1∶1,V/V).The results showed that mushroom residue compost and maize straw compost could improve the physical and chemical characteristics of complex media,promote tomato and sweet pepper seedling growth,and cultivate healthy seedlings with high quality.
