为了探明猕猴桃果实贮藏期间品质与生理生化变化特点及影响其贮藏性能的主要因子,以不耐贮藏的中华猕猴桃"丰悦"和耐贮藏的美味猕猴桃"沁香"为试材,采用提高果实耐贮性处理,以喷施清水为对照,测定两种处理下贮藏期间果实生理生化指标的变化,运用主成分分析法,构建综合评价指标F值。结果表明,贮藏期间果实Vc、果肉硬度和可滴定酸的含量变化是反映果实品质变化特征的主要因子,乙烯释放量、呼吸作用和淀粉酶活性的变化是反映果实生理生化变化特征的主要因子;通过分析综合评价指标的F值发现,其主要因子特征值累计百分率大于85%,该统计方法可客观准确反映猕猴桃果实后熟过程中生理生化变化。不同猕猴桃品种、不同耐贮性的猕猴桃果实,在贮藏过程中其品质和生理生化变化特点具有统一性。
In order to understand the changes in quality and physiology of kiwifruit during storage as well as the main factors influencing the storage performance of kiwifruit, the Chinese kiwifruit variety "Fengyue", which has bad storability, and delicious kiwifruit variety "Qingxiang", which has good storability, were taken as test materials to determine the changes in physiological indexes of kiwifruit during storage under treatment of enhancing fruit storability and treatment of spraying water, respectively; then using principal component analysis method to construct comprehensive evaluation indicator F-value. The results showed that during storage, the changes in contents of fruit Vc, soluble solids, and titratable acid were the main factors reflecting fruit quality changes, and the changes in ethylene release rate, respiration and amylase activity were the main factors reflecting fruit physiological changes; the cumulative percentage of main factor characteristic value was greater than 85

Objective To research the effect of real-time monitoring software to the turnaround time (TAT) in clinical laboratory emergency biochemical test. Methods Compared the qualiifed rate of TAT and duration changes in the process of biochemical emergency specimen reception (or acquisition) to inspection, before and after 3 months of monitoring. Results The qualiifed rate of TAT before monitoring was 93.1%, and that after monitoring was 98.8%, showed statistical difference. The average duration in the process of biochemical emergency specimen reception (or acquisition) to inspection was 89(75~101) min and 53(46~61)min, before and after monitoring respectively, showed statistical difference. Conclusion Real-time monitoring software can be applied to effectively shorten TAT of emergency biochemical results.
目的:探讨溶血对生化检验结果准确性的影响及校正方法。方法随机抽取健康体检者26例,采集静脉血,在不同溶血程度的情况下,进行生化检测并比较分析。再对血清 Hb 浓度与受溶血影响较大的部分生化指标变化值进行回归分析。结果标本溶血对 tBil、dBil、ast、alt、ldH、cK、cK-MB、K、na 结果有明显影响,经回归分析, tBil、dBil、ast、alt、ldH、cK、cK-MB、K、na 的溶血变化值与血清 Hb 浓度变化值的相关系数分别为0.974、-0.978、0.980、0.978、0.984、0.988、0.980、0.986、-0.991。结论溶血可以引起多项生化指标测定结果明显改变,并与血清 Hb 浓度有相关性,采用回归分析后,可以有效地对结果进行校正。
Objective to investigate the effect of hemolysis on biochemical test results accuracy and correction method. Method randomly selected 26 cases of healthy people, collecting venous blood hemolysis degree, in different circumstances, biochemical test and the comparative analysis. the serum concentration of Hb and the hemolytic effect of partial biochemical index changes larger values by regression analysis. Results the hemolysis of tBil,dBil,ast,alt,ldH,cK, cK-MB,K,na results are obvious effect, regression analysis, tBil,dBil,ast hemolytic changes, alt,ldH,cK,cK-MB,K,na value of the correlation coefficient and serum Hb concentration were 0.974, - 0.978,0.980,0.978,0.984,0.988,0.980,0.986,-0.991.Conclusion Hemolysis can be caused by a number of biochemical index determination results change significantly, and has correlation with serum Hb concentration, using regression analysis, can effectively correct the result.

Ozone oxidation is employed to conduct advanced treatment for landfill leachate rejected from biochemical process and the effects of reaction time ,dosing rate of ozone ,pH and temperature on removals of COD ,protein ,polysaccharide ,color and humic substances are investigated .Moreover ,the changes of BOD/COD are studied to analyze the biodegradability of the tailwater .The results show that ,in conditions of pH value 5 .0 ,temperature 35℃ ,Ozone dose rate 9 .33 mg/(L·min ) , reaction time 120 min ,the removal efficiencies of COD ,protein ,color and humic substances can reach 56 .2% ,90 .5% , 97 .5% and 93 .0% respectively .The ratio of BOD/COD increases from 0 .32 to 0 .56 and the biodegradability of landfill leachate is largely improved .

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of glucose,lactate dehydrogenase,adenosine deaminase,total protein and other biochemical markers about treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Method 77 cases of pleural effusion in patients with tuberculous pleuri-sy were collected and detected these biochemical parameters before and after treatment a week. Results After 1 week of treatment in pa-tients with tuberculous pleurisy,there were significant differences of ADA,LDH,GLU of pleural effusion(P 0. 05). Conclusion ADA,LDH and GLU could be used for evaluation of therapeutic effect of tuber-culous pleurisy patients.

监测广东省优秀游泳运动员冬训期生理生化监控指标,探索优秀游泳运动员冬训期间身体机能变化规律,为高强度大运动量训练期的训练监控提供科学参考依据,为青少年游泳运动员的科学训练抛砖引玉。方法:监测16名广东优秀男子游泳运动员和6名女子游泳运动员,在2013-2014年度冬训期间血红蛋白(HB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BUN)、血睾酮(T)的变化规律,使用SPSS软件包进行数据分析。结果:(1)运动员血液生化指标随着冬训训练量及训练强度的变化,出现相应的规律性改变,整体体现出机体对训练负荷的适应,我们发现生化指标也存在一定的局限性和滞后性,我们在分析生化指标变化规律的同时,还要注重运动员心率的变化情况,运动员的主观感受及教练员的经验观察结果综合评定。(2)血红蛋白(HB)、血睾酮(T)能够及时对训练量、训练强度的变化做出反映,肌酸激酶(CK)对训练强度敏感性极高、血尿素(BUN)对训练量敏感度较高。表明这4个指标在一定条件下能够对运动员运动量,运动强度及机能状态进行科学客观的反映,对于青少年运动员的训练监控具有重要的指导意义。
Purpose:To investigate the monitoring methods of sport physiology and biochemical index in elite swimming athletes during winter training. Methods: 16 elite male swimming athletes and 6 elite female swimming athletes were summoned in the winter training to have a longitude observation and data accumulation.
